1st Day Izmir – Milan
Meeting 3 hours before the flight at SunExpress Airlines counter in the international departures terminal of Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport. After baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, departure to Milan at 11:45 with SunExpress Airlines flight XQ892. Upon arrival at 13:50 local time, we begin our panoramic city tour with our vehicle waiting for us at the airport. In Milan, famous for its rich blend of historical and modern sights, the places to be seen include the Duomo Cathedral, one of the world’s largest and most magnificent Gothic cathedrals; La Scala, one of the world’s oldest opera houses; Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, a stunning 19th-century arched shopping gallery; and Castello Sforzesco (Milan Castle), with its magnificent architecture. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
2nd Day Milan
After breakfast at the hotel, our guests who wish may join the optional Magnificent Lakes (Como & Lugano) and Outlet Center Tour. (70 Euro) Our first stop is Como. Named after Lake Como, with which the city is identified, this city is a unique natural attraction visited intensively from all over the world. Besides its architectural beauty reflecting Gothic and Renaissance styles, Como is also notable for the homes of world-famous names such as Madonna and George Clooney. After the tour, our second stop is Lugano. Lake Lugano is a stunning lake located in southern Switzerland at the foothills of the Alps. This lake brings together the cultural and natural features of both Switzerland and Italy. After sightseeing in this city, famous for its magnificent views and stylish shopping streets, we make a stop for shopping at the world-famous outlets. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. 3rd Day Milan – Rome
After breakfast at the hotel, we set off for Rome, the country’s largest city and capital. Upon arrival, our city tour begins. The city, which was once the center of one of history’s greatest civilizations, has been a center of power, culture, and religion for approximately 2,500 years. Its historic center is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The city has an exceptionally rich historical heritage and a cosmopolitan atmosphere with its magnificent palaces, thousand-year-old churches and basilicas, glorious romantic ruins, splendid monuments, ornate statues, and elegant fountains. Places to be seen include Vatican City, the center of the Catholic branch of Christianity (St. Peter’s Basilica), the Colosseum where gladiator fights were held, the Roman Forum at the center of ancient Rome where religious, political, and social activities once took place, the Monument to Victor Emmanuel II (Vittoriano), the Trevi Fountain known in our country as the Fountain of Love, and the Spanish Steps (Piazza di Spagna). After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
4th Day Rome – Castel Gandolfo & Nemi & Vatican – Rome
After breakfast at the hotel, our guests who wish may join the optional Magnificent Castel Gandolfo & Nemi & Outlet & Vatican Tour. (80 Euro) Our first stop is Castel Gandolfo, home to the Papal Summer Palace, known as the summer residence of the Popes. This historic palace and its surroundings are famous for their impressive views and beautiful gardens. Then we head to Nemi Village. Located around Lake Nemi, formed within a volcanic crater, this village is also known as the strawberry village because the region is famous for its fresh and delicious strawberries. The village is an attractive destination for both tourists and nature lovers, with its historical remains, narrow stone streets, and beautiful lake views. During free time, you will have the opportunity to stroll through the village and shop. After the tour, we go to Italy’s most famous outlet region and have free time. In this outlet area, you will have the opportunity to shop at attractive prices. After the tour, we head to St. Peter’s Square in Vatican City, considered the center of Christianity. Upon arrival, free time for visiting the basilica and the square. As you walk around the square, the obelisk in the middle and the colonnades surrounding the square will truly fascinate you. 5th Day Rome – Naples & Pompeii – Rome
After breakfast at the hotel, our guests who wish may join the optional Magnificent Naples & Pompeii tour. (100 Euro) Naples, an energetic port city in southern Italy full of historical and cultural richness, lies on the coast of the Mediterranean under the shadow of Mount Vesuvius, offering a magnificent view with its lively markets, traditional pizza, and impressive historical ruins. After the tour, our next stop is Pompeii. You will take a deep journey into the Ancient Roman period in the archaeological site of this ancient Roman city, which was destroyed by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 BC and brought to light thousands of years later, with the remarkably well-preserved remains of settlements and daily life. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
6th Day Rome – Orvieto – Florence
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Florence. En route, we join the Magnificent Orvieto Tour. (Orvieto tour is included in the tour price.) Located in the central Italian region on a high volcanic hill, this impressive medieval town is famous for its magnificent Gothic-style cathedral, wide square, and historic streets. The mosaics and detailed exterior of Orvieto Cathedral are both an artistic and architectural masterpiece. After the tour, we continue to Florence. Upon arrival in Florence, the city of the Renaissance, our panoramic city tour begins. In Florence, a cultural, artistic, and architectural jewel, our city tour includes the Duomo Church (Santa Maria Del Fiore), the Baptistery, the Old Palace, Ponte Vecchio, and Piazza Signoria. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. Overnight at our hotel in Montecatini.
7th Day Florence – Pisa & Siena & San Gimignano – Florence
After breakfast at the hotel, our guests who wish may join the optional Magnificent Tuscany Towns (Pisa & Siena & San Gimignano) Tour. (100 Euro) Our first stop is the Leaning Tower of Pisa, one of the symbols of the country, famous for its tilt. After taking wonderful photos here, we continue to Siena, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Siena, with its narrow streets and stone buildings carrying the charm of the Middle Ages, offers visitors a journey through time, and with its historic Piazza del Campo and impressive cathedral, it stands like an elegant fortress at the heart of traditional Italian city life. The final stop of our tour is San Gimignano. San Gimignano is a town in the heart of Tuscany, famous for its stone towers rising like a fairy tale from the Middle Ages. Known as the “Manhattan of the Middle Ages,” this impressive settlement is recognized for its 14 tall towers, a result of the wealth and prestige competition among city-states in the 14th century. With its narrow, labyrinth-like streets and historic buildings, it makes visitors feel the traces of the past vividly. In addition, this town, offering magnificent panoramic views, enchants with its artistic and cultural richness; its buildings in Gothic and Romanesque styles, historic square Piazza della Cisterna, and captivating frescoes make it a true treasure of history and art. 8th Day Florence – Bologna – Venice
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Venice. En route, we will carry out our Bologna city tour. (Bologna tour is included in the tour price.) Bologna is a historic settlement in northern Italy, situated among the Apennine Mountains, and stands out with its cultural richness. During the city tour in this beautiful city, Piazza Maggiore, San Petronio Basilica, Palazzo Podestà, and the City Hall will be among the places seen. After the tour, we continue our journey to Venice. Like a historic fairy-tale city dancing on water, Venice enchants its visitors with romance and mystery, woven like a labyrinth with canals and gondolas. In our city tour, San Marco Basilica and Square, the Doge’s Palace, the Grand Canal, the Bridge of Sighs, and Rialto Bridge are among the places to be seen in Venice. After the tour, our guests who wish may join the optional Magnificent Gondola Tour in Venice’s Canals. (35 Euro) In this tour, carried out with traditional gondolas, one of Venice’s symbols, we will have the opportunity to see Venice’s canals. End of the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. Overnight at the hotel.
9th Day Venice – Izmir
After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport at the time specified by the guide. After baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, departure to Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport at 17:40 with SunExpress Airlines flight XQ891. Arrival at 22:05 local time and end of the tour.
