ISTANBUL – BOLOGNA – FLORENCE – ROME
We gather at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Terminal 3 hours before our flight to complete our ticket, luggage check-in, and passport procedures. Afterward, we fly to Bologna with Pegasus Airlines on flight PC1217 at 11:40. We arrive in Bologna at 12:20 local time and then move to Florence with our private bus waiting for us. Upon arrival in Florence, we organize our city tour. In Florence, the capital of the Renaissance and the hometown of Pinocchio, we will first see the Santa Maria Del Fiore Cathedral, which stands out with its orange dome and is the 4th largest church in Europe, from the outside. One of the most striking features of the cathedral is the bronze door known as the "Gates of Paradise," which depicts the stories of prophets mentioned in the Quran. Later, we will visit Giotto’s Bell Tower, which was once used to invite the public to parliament, the Signoria Square, which has been the political and social center of Florence for centuries and is home to Michelangelo's famous David statue, along with the Old Bridge (Ponte Vecchio), known for its antique shops and jewelers. After the Florence city tour, we head to our hotel in the Rome region. Upon arrival at the hotel, we check into our rooms and have free time to rest.
ROME – (Rome Icons & Nemi Strawberry Village Tour) – (Vatican and Local Neighborhoods of Rome Tour)
After breakfast, we offer a full day of free time. Guests wishing can join the optional Rome Icons & Nemi Strawberry Village Tour (85 Euro). Our first visit will be to Nemi, known for its mountain strawberries and home to an annual strawberry festival. After a guided tour through Nemi, with its narrow streets leading to the squares and its breathtaking lake and valley views filled with the scent of strawberries, we will embark on a historical journey through Rome, known as Urbs aput mundi, meaning "the city at the center of the world." Famous for its art, history, music, shopping, sunshine, and food, the ancient city covers thousands of years of history with its buildings from various styles, created by architects competing with each other. Attractions that draw thousands of tourists to Rome each season will be visited, including the Colosseum, the iconic symbol of the city that hosted gladiatorial battles, the Roman Forum, which served as the ceremonial center during the imperial era, the Trevi Fountain, where legends say that tossing a coin guarantees your return to Rome, the famous Spanish Steps with street performers, and Piazza Pietra and Piazza Popolo will be viewed panoramically. After the tour, we will offer free time at the Pantheon in Rome's city center. During this free time, guests can also join the optional Vatican and Local Neighborhoods of Rome Tour (65 Euro). Our tour will start by visiting Castel Sant'Angelo – the Castle of the Angels and Navona Square, followed by a visit to the Vatican/San Pietro, the center of the Catholic denomination of Christianity and the smallest country in the world by area. San Pietro Square, where thousands of Catholics gather for worship and where the Pope greets the public on special occasions, is home to the world's largest cathedral with its 140 statues of saints, San Pietro Cathedral. After free time there, we will begin our exploration of the Local Neighborhoods of Rome, where we will mix with the locals and feel like residents of the city. In the Trastevere, Piazza Trilussa, Ponte Sisto, and Ghetto districts with their small family restaurants, boutiques, and many small and charming shops, we will see panoramic views of this authentic Italian atmosphere. After a walking tour through the labyrinth of narrow streets adorned with small tables, we will complete the tour and return to our hotel in the Rome region.
ROME – NAPLES – (The Pearl of Amalfi Sorrento or Lunch Included Pompeii Tour) – ROME
After breakfast, we head to Naples. Upon arrival in Naples, we will conduct a panoramic city tour, visiting Castel Nuovo, Palazzo Reale di Napoli, Galleria Umberto, Teatro di San Carlo, Via Toledo, Piazza del Plebiscito, and Basilica Reale Pontificia San Francesco da Paola. After the city tour, guests can enjoy some free time with the option to participate in the Lunch Included Pompeii Tour (80 Euro). Beginning with lunch at a local restaurant, this tour will take us to Pompeii, located at the foot of Mount Vesuvius, which erupted in AD 79 and destroyed the city. The ancient city of Pompeii was uncovered by archeologists in 1748 through long-lasting excavations. After the visit to the Pompeii archaeological site, our tour concludes.
Alternatively, guests may join the optional Amalfi Pearl Sorrento Tour (80 Euro). In Sorrento, known for its prehistorical past, the Italian character blended with Mediterranean style enchants visitors with its charming boutiques, stunning shores, breathtaking views, and the famous Italian lemon liqueur, Limoncello. After the city tour and sightseeing in Sorrento, we will have free time to explore.
After the tour, we return to our hotel in the Rome region.
ROME – (Siena & San Gimignano Tour) – PISA – FLORENCE
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we head to Pisa. On the way, guests wishing can join an optional Siena & San Gimignano Tour (80 Euro). Our first visit is to Siena, famous for its medieval narrow streets, small alleys, and Campo Square, considered the largest piazza in Europe. After a pleasant walk through the narrow, historic streets leading to Campo Square, we move on to San Gimignano, which has preserved its medieval architecture and appearance up to the present day and is recognized on the UNESCO World Heritage list. San Gimignano is also known as the "Beautiful Towers Town," remaining with 14 architectural wonders despite wars and natural disasters. After a panoramic tour to observe the 14 magnificent towers at the square with narrow streets opening into the town square, we continue our journey to Pisa. Upon arrival in Pisa, we will tour the Leaning Tower, Cathedral, Baptistery, and Miracoli Square. After a brief free time for photo opportunities, we transfer to a hotel in the Florence region, check into our rooms, and have free time to rest.
FLORENCE – (Cinque Terre by Train and Portofino by Boat Tour) – MILAN
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we head to Milan. On the way, guests wishing can join the optional Cinque Terre by Train and Portofino by Boat Tour (100 Euro – Train and Portofino Vaporetto fees included). Our first visit will be to Cinque Terre, consisting of villages connected by paths in succession. With its colorful houses and unique local flavors, it is located on the western coast of Italy. Due to its cultural and historical significance, it is on the UNESCO World Heritage list and is also protected as a national park. After free time in Cinque Terre, we arrive at Portofino. Surrounded by colorful houses and inspiring songs with its beauty, Portofino boasts picturesque narrow streets, colorful houses, green hills, and the turquoise Mediterranean, making it a must-see. After our visit to Portofino, we continue our trip to Milan. Upon arrival in Milan, we carry out our panoramic city tour. As one of Europe’s fashion capitals, Milan also stands out for its cuisine, opera, and churches. While recognized as Italy's business and finance capital, it is also a prime destination for dining and shopping. During our city tour, we will see the famous opera house La Scala, Duomo Square, and Cathedral, and Porta Romana as main sights. After the tour, we transfer to a hotel in Milan. We check into our rooms and have free time to rest.
MILAN – COMO – LUGANO – (Verona Tour) – VENICE
After breakfast and hotel check-out, we head to Como. Upon arrival, we will tour Como, renowned for hosting luxury homes of Hollywood celebrities and European elites, offering a glimpse into high living and natural beauty. We will take photo breaks with the stunning views of Lake Como. After free time in Como, we proceed to Lugano. In our tour, we will take a peaceful walk along Lake Lugano, located within Switzerland, admired for its beautiful environment and city park, capturing the stunning views with our cameras. After the tour, we move towards the Venice region. Guests wishing can join the optional Verona Tour (50 Euro). Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Verona is home to Italy’s largest second amphitheater after the Colosseum and the famous setting of Shakespeare’s renowned love story, Romeo and Juliet. Our panoramic tour, surrounded by shops, cafes, and stalls in Via Mazzini (the main avenue) and Erbe Square, will conclude with visits to the Verona Cathedral. After completing the tour, we continue our journey to Venice. Upon arrival at our hotel in the Venice region, we check into our rooms and have free time to relax.
VENICE – (Masterpieces of Venice and Outlet Tour) – (Venice Colorful Islands & Gondola Tour)
After breakfast and check-out procedures, we offer free time. Guests wishing may join the optional Masterpieces of Venice and Outlet Tour (90 Euro – Vaporetto and city entry fees included). In Venice, we will first see the San Marco Square, the Basilica of San Marco, the Ducal Palace designed and used as a symbol of power and grandeur, the Clock Tower, the Bridge of Sighs, and the historic Campanile Bell Tower. After that, we will stroll through the beautiful streets of Venice, connected by bridges and extending along the narrow canals. At the end of the tour, during free time for those participating in the Masterpieces of Venice and Outlet Tour, guests may join the optional Venice Colorful Islands and Gondola Tour (75 Euro). We will have the opportunity to view the Venetian island from different perspectives while cruising through the lagoons, visiting Lido and Murano islands, and the fishing village Burano, known as one of the world's most colorful places, famous for its lace. After a visit and free time for shopping, we will return to Venice to enjoy the Gondola cruising, completing our tours. After the end of the Venice Colorful Islands and Gondola Tour and the last part of the Masterpieces of Venice and Outlet Tour, we head to the Outlet Design Center. Known as one of Italy's most famous shopping centers that sets fashion trends, Outlet Design Center hosts stores from well-known brands, numerous restaurants, and activity areas, offering pleasant shopping opportunities at reasonable prices. Afterward, we return to our hotel in the Venice region.
VENICE – BOLOGNA – ISTANBUL
After breakfast and check-out procedures, we head to Bologna Airport for our flight to Istanbul at the time determined by our guide. Once we arrive at the airport, we complete our baggage check-in, ticket, and passport control, and then we fly to Istanbul with Pegasus Airlines on flight PC1218 at 13:30. We arrive at Sabiha Gökçen Airport in Istanbul at 18:00 local time, concluding our tour.
