IZMIR – VERONA – (Venice Masterpieces Tour) – VENICE
We arrive at the International Terminal of Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport 3 hours before our flight, and after completing our ticket, baggage check, and passport procedures, we take Turkish Airlines' direct and special flight TK3251 at 04:25 to Milan. We arrive at Milan Malpensa Airport at 06:20 local time and are met by our private bus for the journey to Verona. Verona, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is home to Italy's largest second amphitheater after the Colosseum and also hosts the famous house of Romeo and Juliet from the renowned love story written by English writer Shakespeare. After a panoramic walking tour through the Via Mazzini (main square) and Erbe Square, surrounded by numerous shops, cafes, and boutiques, where we will also see the Verona Cathedral, we complete our tour and head to our hotel in the Venice region. Along the way, those who wish can participate in the optional Venice Masterpieces Tour (85 Euro - including Vaporetto and city entrance fees). In our tour of Venice, we will see major iconic works, such as St. Mark's Square built of stone and marble with columns brought from Istanbul, St. Mark's Basilica, the Doge's Palace designed and used as a symbol of grandeur and power, the Clock Tower, and the historic Campanille Bell Tower, followed by a pleasant walk through the narrow streets of Venice, connected by bridges and along the canals. At the end of the tour, we continue our journey to our hotel in the Venice region. Upon arrival at the hotel, we check into our rooms and have free time to rest.
VENICE – (Lunch Included Florence Masterpieces Tour) – ROME
After breakfast and checkout from the hotel, we head towards Rome. Along the way, those who wish can join the optional Lunch Included Florence Masterpieces Tour (65 Euro). Upon arriving in Florence, we begin our tour with lunch at a local restaurant. In Florence, the capital of the Renaissance and the hometown of Pinocchio, we will see the Santa Maria Del Fiore Cathedral, which is immediately noticeable for its orange dome and is the fourth-largest church in Europe, from the outside. One of the most notable features of the cathedral is the bronze gate known as the "Gates of Paradise," which represents scenes from the stories of prophets mentioned in the Quran. Next, we will visit Giotto's Bell Tower, which was once used to call the people to parliament, the Signoria Square, which has been the political and social center of Florence for centuries and is also home to Michelangelo's famous David statue, and the Old Bridge (Ponte Vecchio), famous for its antique shops and jewelers. After the Florence Masterpieces Tour, we continue our journey to our hotel in the Rome region. Upon arrival at the Rome region hotel, we check into our rooms and have free time to rest.
ROME – (Rome Icons & Nemi Strawberry Village Tour) – (Vatican and Rome Local Neighborhoods Tour)
After breakfast, we offer a full day of free time. Those who wish can join the optional Rome Icons & Nemi Strawberry Village Tour (85 Euro). Our first visit will be to Nemi, known for its mountain strawberries, which is referred to as "Strawberry Village" and hosts an annual strawberry festival. After a tour amidst the narrow streets opening up to the squares, combined with the enchanting lake and valley views and the aroma of strawberries in the air, we will embark on a historical journey through Urbs aput mundi, meaning "the city at the center of the world," noted for its art, history, music, shopping, sunshine, and gastronomy. As architects have competed to showcase their works, Rome attracts thousands of tourists every season, and it carries all its beauty and aesthetics without overwhelming the crowds. In this tour, we will view the Colosseum, which has become a symbol of the city and was the venue for gladiator fights during the Roman Empire, the Roman Forum, the Trevi Fountain, where legend states those who toss a coin will return to Rome, the Spanish Steps famous for its street artists, and Piazza Pietra Piazza Popolo panoramically among the highlighted sights. After the tour, we provide free time in the city center near the Pantheon. During this free time, those who wish can also take part in the optional Vatican and Rome Local Neighborhoods Tour (65 Euro). We will start our tour by visiting Castel Sant'Angelo – the Castle of Angels, and Navona Square, then visit Vatican/San Pietro, the smallest country in the world, which serves as the center of the Catholic denomination. We will have free time at St. Peter's Square (Piazza San Pietro), the site of the world's largest cathedral, where thousands of Catholics come to worship and gather and where the Pope greets the public from his residence on special occasions, surrounded by 140 statues of saints. After the free time, we will begin our exploration of local neighborhoods, where we will blend in with the populace of Rome and feel like residents of the city as we experience the authentic Italian atmosphere in Trastevere, Piazza Trilussa, Ponte Sisto, and the Ghetto areas with panoramic views of two bridges connecting to the ancient Tiber Island. After a walking tour through the labyrinth-like narrow back streets with small tables set up, we complete our tour and return to our hotel in the Rome region.
ROME – NAPLES – (Amalfi Jewel Sorrento or Lunch Included Pompeii Tour) – ROME
After breakfast, we set off for Naples. Upon arrival in Naples, we will conduct a panoramic city tour during which we will see Castel Nuovo, Palazzo Reale di Napoli, Galleria Umberto, Teatro di San Carlo, Via Toledo, Piazza del Plebiscito, Basilica Reale Pontificia San Francesco da Paola. After the city tour, we offer free time, during which those who wish can participate in the optional Lunch Included Pompeii Tour (80 Euro). Our tour will begin with lunch at a local restaurant, followed by a visit to Pompeii, located at the foot of Mount Vesuvius, which erupted in 79 A.D. and destroyed the city. Discovered by archaeologists in 1748 during long-term excavations, the ancient city has been revealed in all its vitality. After touring the Pompeii Ancient city, we complete our tour.
Alternatively, guests may join the optional Amalfi Jewel Sorrento Tour (80 Euro). Sorrento is known for its prehistoric past, where the charm of the Italian character is combined with Mediterranean style, captivating visitors with its small tourist boutiques, breathtaking shores, and lemon liqueur called Limoncello. After a city tour and exploration in Sorrento, we will have free time.
After the tour, we return to our hotel in the Rome region.
ROME – (Siena & San Gimignano Tour) – PISA – FLORENCE
After breakfast and checkout from the hotel, we move towards Pisa. Along the way, those interested can participate in the optional Siena & San Gimignano Tour (80 Euro). Our first stop will be Siena, famous for its narrow streets and small alleys preserved since the Middle Ages, as well as Campo Square, regarded as the largest square in Europe. After a delightful exploration through Campo Square and the narrow historic streets leading to it, we continue our journey to San Gimignano, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for having preserved its medieval architecture and appearance to this day. San Gimignano, known as the "Beautiful Towers Town," boasts 14 architectural marvels that survived wars and natural disasters among its original 76 towers. We will conduct an exploration in San Gimignano, where time seems to stand still, offering visitors a time-travel experience back to the Middle Ages and viewing the 14 majestic towers in its squares. After our tour in San Gimignano, we continue our journey to Pisa. After breakfast and checkout from the hotel, we head towards Milan. Along the way, those who wish can join the optional Cinque Terre Tour by Train (65 Euro). Cinque Terre is a region located along the Ligurian coast of Italy, known for its colorful houses, terraced slopes parallel to the coast, and seaside villages. With its narrow streets and coastal views, it is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The region offers easy access between villages through walking trails and train connections. We will complete our tour by exploring one of the five villages that give the region its name. Afterwards, we continue our journey to Milan. Additionally, those who wish can participate in the optional Portofino Tour by Boat (65 Euro). Portofino, with its colorful houses and picturesque views, has inspired many songs and is known for its narrow streets, vibrant houses, green hills, and turquoise Mediterranean scenery. After our visit to Portofino, we continue our journey to Milan. Upon arriving at our hotel in the Milan region, we check into our rooms and have free time to rest.
MILANO – OUTLET – (Como Tour) – IZMIR
After breakfast and checkout from the hotel, we set off for our city tour of Milan. Milan, known as one of Europe's fashion capitals, is also notable for its cuisine, opera, and churches. Although recognized as the business and financial capital of Italy, Milan serves as the right destination for shopping and dining experiences. During our tour, we will visit the famous opera house La Scala, Duomo Square and Cathedral, and Porta Romana among other highlights. After the tour, we provide free time, then complete our city tour and move to the outlet center program. At the outlet center, we will offer free time for visitors to shop at the stylish stores of Italy’s prestigious brands influencing global fashion trends, along with cafes and restaurants, and personal activity areas. After this enjoyable and budget-friendly shopping experience, we head toward Milano Malpensa Airport for our return flight to Izmir. Along the way, those who wish can join the optional Como Tour (50 Euro). Como, located in the Lombardy region, stands out with its historical buildings and organized urban layout. The city squares, cathedral, and lakeside create a compact and easily exploratory area for visitors. Lake Como is one of Italy's most famous lakes, surrounded by hills and lakeside settlements, providing a stunning natural backdrop. In our Como & Lake Como tour, we will first reach Como's city center, where we will see the cathedral area, squares, and waterfront from the outside. Following this, we will offer free time along Lake Como for visitors to stroll, take photos, or explore the surrounding area. After this free time, we complete our tour and continue our journey to Malpensa Airport.
