15- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are announced at the airports and displayed on the information boards in the area. This information should be independently monitored by the guests.

The realization of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil.

32- Extra beds are applied in triple rooms, where the bed allocated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds may consist of beds that are foldable or called coach beds. Our guests accept by declaring that they understand the potential cramped conditions and bed types that may arise due to the extra beds added to the standard room in triple room and/or child reservations.
33- If the number of children and their ages to be accommodated with adults in hotel reservations are incorrectly stated by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification for children.
34- In reservations with 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child rates are only valid if the child is accommodated with two adults. Child discounts apply only to "one child" who meets the age group of staying with two adults.

41- For potential extra expenses, during hotel check-in, a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel. 44- In order to have an entry-exit stamp on your passport at customs crossings/border gates, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport.
45- The exemption from visa for entry into the countries on this tour does not guarantee entry/exit from the country, as the passport police have the authority to prevent you from entering/exiting the country, which Wtatil is not responsible for; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or have dual citizenship and will be participating in the tour using a passport from another country should consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the country they will be traveling to; otherwise, Wtatil will not be responsible for any resulting consequences.
