1ST DAY ISTANBUL – PESCARA – ROME
We meet at Freebird Airlines counter at the International Departure Terminal of Istanbul Airport. After luggage and ticket processes, we board a flight with Freebird Airlines. Following our arrival, we transfer to Rome with our private bus waiting at the airport. Upon our arrival, we move for a panoramic city tour of Rome. During our city tour, we will see Castel Sant’Angelo, where Cem Sultan was imprisoned, the Venice Square where Mussolini addressed the public, the II. Vittorio Emmauele monument, the Colosseum that hosted Gladiator battles, the Trevi Fountain made famous by the Sweet Life movie, the Spanish Steps consisting of 135 steps, and the fountain containing a sunken ship. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.
2ND DAY ROME
After breakfast at the hotel, we have free time. Guests wishing can join our guide’s optional Outlet & Lakes Region & Vatican Tour (70€ per person). After visiting the Lakes Region with its natural beauties where Popes spent their summer, and the famous Nemi village known for its wild strawberries, we will have free time for shopping in the Castel Romano Outlet, Italy's most famous shopping area. Then, we move to San Pietro Square, considered the center of Christianity. After our arrival, we have free time for visiting the Basilica and the Square. Those interested can join our guide's optional Rome by Night Tour (30€ per person). Accommodation at our hotel.
3RD DAY ROME
After breakfast at the hotel, we have free time. Guests wishing can join our guide's optional Naples & Pompeii Tour (95€ per person). Our first stop in the tour will be the city of Pompeii, which was buried under 7 meters of ash due to the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 A.D. After discovering the houses, palaces, and the petrified people from the excavations done at this site, we will continue to Naples. Following our arrival, we will have a panoramic city tour of Naples. The places to be seen during our city tour include Piazza Plebiscito, the Royal Palace built in the 17th century, Castel Nuovo (New Castle), the Basilica of San Francesco di Paola, inspired by St. Peter's Square and the Pantheon in Rome, the Galleria Umberto I with its shops, the UNESCO World Heritage Site Teatro di San Carlo built in 1737, and the Naples Harbor. 4TH DAY ROME – FLORENCE
After breakfast at the hotel, we head to Florence. Guests wishing can join our guide's optional Orvieto Tour (30€ per person), an area of extraordinary natural beauty and significant cultural heritage in Italy, after seeing the ancient town center and Orvieto Duomo, we continue to Florence. After our arrival, we have a panoramic city tour of Florence. During our tour, we will visit the Arno River that divides Florence, the famous Ponte Vecchio bridge known for its jewelers, Palazzo Vecchio where the Medici Family ruled Florence, Piazza Della Signoria housing the statues of Hercules and David, the Santa Maria del Fiore Duomo with Italy's 3rd highest dome, and the famous Baptistery. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel in Montecatini. Accommodation at our hotel.
5TH DAY FLORENCE
After breakfast, we have free time. Guests wishing can join our guide’s optional Tuscany Tour (100 Euros). Our first stop in the tour will be Pisa, where we will see the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa and the nearby Miracoli Square, before continuing to San Gimignano. In San Gimignano, known for its 12th and 13th-century towers built by rival noble families, we will visit 13 towers and the Cisterno Square. After the tour, we proceed to Siena. In Siena, where neighborhood culture is dominant, there are a total of 17 neighborhoods. The places we will see during our city tour in Siena include Piazza del Campo, where the Palio horse races are held, the half-finished Siena Cathedral, and the narrow streets of the city. 6TH DAY FLORENCE – VENICE
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for the city of Venice. Guests wishing can join our guide’s optional Bologna Tour (30€ per person) on the way. During our Bologna city tour, we will see Piazza Maggiore (Grand Square), the Neptune Fountain right behind the square, the Old Stock Exchange, Europe’s first university building, Quadrilatero (the old market), and the Garisenda and Asinelli towers, which have become symbols of Bologna. After the tour, we continue our journey to Venice. Upon arrival at Tronchetto square, we take a short boat ride to San Marco Square and have a panoramic city tour of Venice. During our city tour, we will see famous places such as San Marco Square and Basilica, the Bridge of Sighs where prisoners look back at Venice, the Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge over it, the Doge's Palace, and the Bell and Clock Tower, as well as Giorgio Maggiore Church. After the city tour, guests can enjoy free time and join our guide on the optional Gondola Tour (35€ per person). After the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.
7TH DAY VENICE
After breakfast at the hotel, we have free time. Guests wishing can join our guide’s optional Ljubljana & Bled Lake Tour (85€ per person). Bled Lake, formed by the effects of the Bohinj glacier, is 2 km long and 1.3 km wide. You will not get tired of taking pictures of the surrounding mountains, the reflections on the water, traditional boats, and the beautiful island with the church on it in the lake, as well as the swans by the lakeside. You can enjoy some time walking or renting a bike around the lake. After the tour, we head to Ljubljana. Upon arrival, we have a panoramic city tour. The places we will see during our city tour include the Ljubljana River, the Parliament building, Ljubljana University, the old square, and St. Nicholas Cathedral. 8TH DAY VENICE – PESCARA - ISTANBUL
We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Then, at the time determined by our guide, we will transfer to Pescara Airport; however, before this, guests wishing can join our guide on the optional San Marino Tour (35€ per person). San Marino, one of Europe’s 6 microstates which is surrounded by Italian territory, has 50% of its income from tourism. During our tour, we will see Piazza della Libertà (Liberty Square), Guaita Castle, Cava dei Balestrieri, and Porta San Francesco Church. After our tour, we continue our journey to the airport. Upon arrival, after completing luggage and check-in processes, we will board our flight with Freebird Airlines to Istanbul. Arrival in Istanbul and the end of our tour.

GENERAL TERMS
1- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
2- In the event that sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved; Wtatil may cancel the tour up to 21 days prior to the tour date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full amount of the tour fee will be refunded to the guest. If additional services purchased outside the tour are canceled; the domestic flight connections purchased from Wtatil will also be refunded to the guest. If a visa service has been used to make a visa application on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded as they have been used; if a visa application has not been made, the visa and travel health insurance will also be canceled, and a refund will be made. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection from a different service provider independent of Wtatil, they cannot request any refund from Wtatil in case the tour is canceled by Wtatil. The guest acknowledges in advance the potential material and immaterial losses resulting from the cancellation of the tour and cannot hold Wtatil responsible.
3- In the event that sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, Wtatil has the right to show goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, since the tour will be individually arranged for the guest, the included guiding services will only cover the airport transfers for the international departure and return.
Cancellation and Changes
4- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty by notifying Wtatil in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, except for flight tickets for which payment has been made and/or contracted to the airline. In the case of 31 days or less before the start of the trip, the guest can cancel by paying a penalty equivalent to 50% of the tour fee remaining from the airline ticket price, and in the case of 15 days or less before the start of the trip, they can cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. If a cancellation request is made, the cancellation refund policies for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the timing of the cancellation request, so it is necessary to inquire in advance about their refund. Wtatil cannot make any commitment regarding the refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
5- The days and times of the tours indicated in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the status of the museums and historical sites to be visited (open/closed) and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
6- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted as panoramic tours with a maximum duration of 2-3 hours, excluding museum and historical site entrance fees. If the panoramic tours cannot be carried out due to local authorities not allowing entry, closure of roads due to any events, or impossibility caused by weather conditions, Wtatil is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours, including the other tours specified in the program. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot if vehicle entry is not permitted.
7- Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or additional tours depending on the number of participants and the status of the museums and historical sites. This also applies to any changes that may occur in flight times.
8- Important considerations for our tours conducted by Speed Boats include: not consuming heavy meals immediately before boarding and not drinking excessive amounts of water. Guests with complaints about stomach, back, neck, or those who are pregnant should inform their guides of their conditions.
9- No refunds will be provided for services included in the prices if participation in tour or meal services is not provided.
About Flights
10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in potential disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will be applied.
11- There may be delays or changes in the flight times for scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obliged to inform the guests of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times.
12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
13- According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight ticket purchased with a round trip is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
14- The check-in and boarding procedures that must be completed by those participating in flight tours are personal responsibilities and must be carried out by the guests at the airports before the flight, at the relevant airline counters, or online on the airline's websites.
15- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights will be announced audibly at airports and shown on the information boards in the area. This information should be tracked personally by the guests.
16- For participation in the tour, Wtatil cannot be held responsible for passengers who are not present at the indicated airport at the specified times according to airline regulations, who fail to check-in and board on time, or who check-in and board on time but do not board the aircraft. All expenses related to obtaining new flights and transfers needed for those who miss the flight will be borne by them.
17- The general baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may change according to the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights within the destination country, this baggage weight may drop to 15 kg. Extra baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil.
18- For our guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade processes can be carried out depending on the airline's availability after the tickets are issued (please check the airline to which you belong). There is no mileage guarantee for each flight. Please check whether the program tickets are of an upgradeable class.
19- Meals and online check-in services may incur extra charges with some airlines.
Other Matters
20- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellation transactions made directly by the guest with the hotel. In this case, Wtatil's cancellation conditions will apply.
21- In cases where hotels are specified only by category information without the names of the hotel(s) in the tour program and/or when options are presented for the same destination, Wtatil will inform the guest 48 hours prior to the trip.
22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located farther than the indicated locations or kilometers. In such cases, Wtatil will provide information 15 days before the tour's departure date.
23- During the registration for the purchased tour; the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport must be entered correctly by the guest in the system. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. Penalties arising from incorrect information resulting in the cancellation or change of a flight ticket will be charged to the guest.
24- To use your mobile phone abroad, please check whether your phone is enabled for international use before leaving Turkey by contacting the company to which your line belongs.
25- For accommodation, the hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
26- Requests regarding the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type, etc.) will be communicated to the hotel by Wtatil. Efforts will be made for the reserved rooms to conform to the guest’s preferences according to the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in at the hotel and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil.
27- The breakfast offered in hotels may differ from the rich breakfast customarily found in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served as a continental breakfast consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room designated for groups.
28- In some cases, a double bed may be offered instead of a twin room. Most European hotels offer twinned rooms which can be combined if necessary.
29- Child and extra bed policies vary according to each hotel's room types.
30- All types of extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and depend on the hotel's availability and require hotel approval.
31- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is 1 (maximum).
32- In triple rooms, extra bed application exists, where the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are made of pull-out and/or coach bed types. Our guests agree to accept the potential cramped conditions in rooms due to the extra beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or child reservations.
33- If the number of children and their ages accompanying adults in hotel reservations are reported incorrectly by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification for age verification of the children.
34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child is accommodated alongside two adults. Child discounts apply only for "one child" within the age group who is staying with two adults.
35- Daily currency exchange rates are reflected in the TL prices. Rates at the time of payment are valid. Any additional requests and extra services (minibar, ironing, etc.) obtained at the hotel will be charged by the hotel as extra fees directly during your stay and are not included in the accommodation price.
36- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All kinds of city, tourism, or other taxes that are applied in this way will be collected by the hotel at the time of entry or exit.
37- The distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel durations may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, roadworks, and conditions.
38- Wtatil may change the sequence of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown as needed or in cases of necessity, without altering the content of the program.
39- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In the case of forgotten items being found, the costs incurred in returning these items to the country and/or person will be borne by the item owner.
40- Participants in the tour are required to have their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports for health issues with them.
41- For potential extra expenses, upon check-in at the hotel, a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel. The return of the requested deposit upon checkout is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no involvement.
Visa and Passport
42- There is no visa requirement for T.C. (Turkish Republic) citizens.
43- Guests must have their passports valid for at least 6 months following the end of the travel.
44- To ensure a stamp is placed in your passport at customs crossings/border gates, the passport must have at least 2 blank pages.
45- Being exempt from visa for entry into the countries on this tour does not mean that entry/exit will be granted, the passport police have the authority to deny you entry into or exit from the country, Wtatil is not responsible for this situation, and the responsibility lies with the passenger.
46- Foreign nationals or dual citizens who will participate in the tour using their other country passport must inquire about the visa procedures of the country they will be traveling to with the relevant consulates, otherwise, Wtatil will not be held responsible for any resulting consequences.
47- To avoid problems with customs police at the country border due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports, it is necessary to renew the passports. In the opposite situation, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
48- Minor guests under 18 may be asked for a document showing the joint consent of both parents by the police officer at the country entry/exit points if traveling alone or with only one parent. Therefore, it is recommended that minor guests and their parents be sensitive about this issue.
