CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS
Regarding the reservation; 10% penalty for cancellations up to 180 days before, 15% for 179-150 days, 25% for 149-120 days, 30% for 119-90 days, 50% for 89-60 days, 60% for 59-45 days, 75% for 44-30 days, 90% for 29-10 days, and 100% penalty for less than 9 days.
NOTES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The flights indicated in the program have been obtained from the relevant airline and cruise company. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the flight times. Therefore, our agency reserves the right to make changes in the program due to any change in flight times.
The operation agency reserves the right to change the flight route and schedule if deemed necessary. For example, a flight announced as Nice for a ship departing from Marseille can be changed to Marseille or vice versa. Guests participating in the program from outside Istanbul are responsible for their own domestic flight tickets, and the sales agency or operation agency is not liable.
The required documents for visa applications are obtained within 48 hours. You need to request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 2 days before your application.
Guests are responsible for their own luggage during transfers between the airport and ports as well as round-trip transfers. No agent, guide, or driver has the right to take luggage into custody and cannot be held responsible.
During the cruise, two of the evening meals you will have are formal dinners, and every male passenger wishing to dine must have at least one suit, while females must have at least one formal dress.
THE CRUISE COMPANY AND CAPTAIN RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE ROUTE AND PORT SCHEDULES BEFORE OR DURING THE TOUR.
The restaurants and tables from which our group will have dinner during the cruise are generally predetermined and numbered according to names by the cruise company, while in some cruise companies, it may take the form of open seating. Guests will sit at predefined tables from the first evening meal to the last evening meal, and guests wishing to dine in other restaurants on the ship may do so subject to arrangements made by the ship’s staff.
During check-in at the ship, every passenger (only one person for couples) must present a credit card or deposit in cash to the ship’s reception when receiving their cabin keys. As a result of this presentation, an average of 300 euros will be pre-authorized from each credit card. This is because any expenses you incur inside the ship after check-in will be managed during the voyage. You can make your expenses (for drinks, refreshments, or alcoholic beverages) with magnetic cards provided to you by the ship’s reception. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except the casino. You can check your expenses on the televisions in your rooms.
Color-coded luggage tags for all of our group's suitcases will be delivered to you along with your cruise tickets at the start of our cruise. You are required to attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
Your luggage may not reach your cabins until late in the evening on the first day of the cruise due to the crowd and intense rush, which is purely a situation caused by the ship’s responsibility. Therefore, it is advisable to keep essential items for the first day in a small bag and take them with you.
It is essential to adhere to the ship’s departure times. Passengers must board the ship at least 60 minutes before the ship's departure time at the ports. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
At the end of our cruise, you must gather your luggage and attach the designated labels to your cabins by midnight. After the ship's disembarkation process, our group will collect their luggage from the station where the group’s luggage is located. WE KINDLY REQUEST EVERY PASSENGER TO COLLECT THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
It is not permissible to travel abroad with passports that are more than 10 years old, regardless of their validity.
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the end date of the tour.
Your passport must not be torn or worn out.
All visa procedures for each program are the responsibility of the sales agency and the passenger. You can find out which visa is required for the relevant tour from the program of that tour.
ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE THEIR DEPARTURE AND RETURN FLIGHT TICKETS, AS WELL AS CRUISE TICKETS, WITH THEM.
We recommend that our guests activate international usage for their mobile phones.
The currency generally used on ships is Euro or USD, depending on the region they operate in. On the first day of the cruise, you can deposit cash or with a credit card through the machines on the ship to your cabin account.
For all programs, a minimum participation of 20 people (10 cabins) is required. The operation agency reserves the right to cancel the tour up to one month in advance if the majority is not reached. An alternative program may be suggested to the guest.
Cancellation policies have been explicitly detailed for each program within the content of the relevant program.
Passengers who physically assault or insult ship employees during the tour may be disembarked by the ship's captain. In such cases, no refunds will be provided to the passenger.
