Day 1 – Istanbul – Rome - Civitavecchia
We meet at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport 3 hours before departure and complete our check-in procedures before flying to Rome (FCO) Airport. Upon arrival, we transfer to the 5* MSC Grandiosa.
Day 2 – At Sea
We will spend the entire day cruising at sea. It will be a perfect opportunity to enjoy this magnificent ship. You can have your breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the open buffet restaurant, where a variety of dishes prepared fresh by special chefs to suit every taste are served, or at the A La Carte restaurant at your specially assigned seat. During the day, you can take advantage of yoga and fitness classes, as well as outdoor tennis, volleyball, and basketball, or the state-of-the-art Technogym-equipped fitness center featuring bodybuilding equipment. After dinner, you may spend time at the ship’s colorful and fun bars and cafés, listen to live music, attend Broadway-style musical theater shows, or try your luck at the casino. Dinner and accommodation on the ship.
Day 3 – Palma de Mallorca | Valldemossa & Palma de Mallorca
After breakfast on the ship, guests who wish may join the Valldemossa & Palma de Mallorca tour organized by our guide as an extra. We begin our tour by getting to know Palma de Mallorca, the tourism paradise with a population of 300,000. Among the places to see are Bellver Castle from the 14th century, the famous Palma Cathedral from the 13th century, and, from the outside, the Almudaina Palace right next to it. Then we will go to the historic arena, and those who wish may visit one of Mallorca’s famous pearl workshops. Another stop on our tour will be the magnificent village of Valldemossa, located in the southwest of the island. We will explore this area and take plenty of photos. At the end of our tour, we return to our ship. Dinner and accommodation on the ship.
Day 4 – Barcelona | Barcelona City Tour
After breakfast, guests who wish may join the Barcelona city tour organized by our guide as an extra. Our city tour in Barcelona, one of Europe’s most beautiful metropolises, will begin with our private bus waiting for us at the port. Places we will see include La Rambla Street, the Christopher Columbus Monument, Maremagnum artificial harbor, Barceloneta Beach, the Olympic area and port, Catalunya Square, Passeig de Gracia, the street museum created from Gaudi’s houses, and his most important masterpiece, the Sagrada Familia. During the tour, we will go up Montjuic Hill and take panoramic photos. After free time for shopping on La Rambla, we will return to our ship. Dinner and accommodation on the ship.
Day 5 – Cannes (Côte d'Azur) | Monte Carlo Tour & Cannes
After breakfast on the ship, guests who wish may join the Monte Carlo Tour & Cannes tour organized by our guide as an extra. We will begin our tour in Monte Carlo, one of the wealthiest countries in the world. Then we will return to Cannes. In this city, whose name is synonymous with the Cannes Film Festival, one of France’s most important festivals, the Film Festival Palace is of course among the places we will see. Cannes, one of the leading centers of luxury consumption in the world, offers visitors a pleasant experience in every season with its shopping streets parallel to the Mediterranean, charming side streets, and cafés.
Day 6 – Genoa | Portofino Tour
After breakfast, guests who wish may join the Portofino tour organized as an extra by the ship. We will take a dreamlike tour of PORTOFINO, a village celebrated in songs. Our bus departing from Genoa will first go to the town of Santa Maria Liguria. From there, we will take local vehicles to Portofino. We will have the chance to get to know this beautiful town more closely. During this approximately 5-hour excursion, we will see unforgettable places. At the end of our tour, we return to the ship. Dinner and accommodation on the ship.
Day 7 – La Spezia | Florence & Pisa
After breakfast on the ship, guests who wish may join the Florence & Pisa tour organized by our guide as an extra. We are going to Pisa, famous for its leaning tower, one of the most important historical monuments in the world, dating back to the 12th century, when Pisa held the trade supremacy in the Western Mediterranean. During the panoramic tour, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the cathedral, the baptistery, and Miracle Square are among the places to be seen. After the tour, we return to our ship.
Day 8 – Rome (FCO) – Istanbul (SAW)
After breakfast on the ship, we will transfer to Rome (FCO) Airport.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS
For the reservation; up to 180 days before, 10% penalty per person / 179-150 days 15% / 149-120 days 25% / 119-90 days 30% / 89-60 days 50% / 59-45 days 60% / 44-30 days 75% / 29-10 days 90% / less than 9 days 100% penalty will be applied.
NOTES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The flights specified in the program have been obtained from the relevant airline and cruise company. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the schedules. Therefore, our agency reserves the right to make changes in the program due to any schedule change.
The operating agency reserves the right to change the flight route or the flight time if deemed necessary. For instance, a flight announced as Nice for a ship departing from Marseille may be changed back to Marseille, or vice versa. Guests participating in the program from outside Istanbul are responsible for their own domestic flight tickets and are not under the responsibility of the sales agency or operating agency.
The necessary documents for visa applications are provided within 48 hours. You must request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 2 days before your application.
Guests are responsible for their own belongings during transfers between airports and ports as well as round-trip transfers between the airport and the port. No agency official, guide, or driver has the right to accept luggage for safekeeping, nor can they be held responsible.
During the cruise, 2 of the evening meals will be formal dinners, and every male guest wishing to dine must have at least one suit, and females must have at least one evening dress.
THE CRUISE COMPANY AND CAPTAIN RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE ROUTE AND SCHEDULES AT PORTS BEFORE OR DURING THE TOUR.
While waiting for the dinner, the restaurants and tables our group will dine in are generally predetermined and numbered according to names. In some cruise companies, there may be open seating. On ships with predetermined tables, everyone will sit at the pre-designated tables from the first dinner to the last dinner. Guests wishing can also take their meals in other restaurants on the ship as arranged by the cruise's authorized personnel.
At the time of check-in on the ship, every passenger (only one person in couples) must present a credit card or a cash deposit at the cruise reception when obtaining cabin keys. As a result of this presentation, an average of 300 euros will be provisionally charged from each credit card. The reason is for the expenses you will incur on the ship after you check-in. You can make your purchases (for drinks, beverages, or alcoholic drinks) on board using the magnetic cards that will be provided to you by the ship’s reception. No cash is accepted anywhere on the ship except for the casino. You can monitor your expenses through the televisions in your cabins.
At the beginning of our cruise trip, specific colored luggage tags will be provided to you along with your cruise tickets for all of our luggage. These tags must be attached to your luggage at the cruise port.
Your luggage may not reach your cabins until late in the evening on the first departure day. This is due to the crowd and congestion and is absolutely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to pack your essential needs in a small carry-on bag.
The ship's departure times must be strictly adhered to. Guests must board the ship at least 60 minutes before the departure time. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such situations.
At the end of our cruise trip, you need to collect your luggage by placing the tags that will be provided to your cabins the night before in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After the disembarkation process, the group will collect their luggage from the station where the group’s luggage is located. WE STRONGLY REQUEST EACH GUEST TO TAKE THEIR LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
It is not permitted to travel abroad with passports older than 10 years, regardless of their validity.
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the end of the tour.
Your passport must be intact and undamaged.
For each program, the relevant visa procedures are the responsibility of the sales agency and the passenger. You can learn which visa is needed for the relevant tour from the program of that tour.
ALL GUESTS MUST CARRY THEIR DEPARTURE AND RETURN FLIGHT TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM.
We recommend our guests to open their mobile phones for use abroad.
On average, euros or USD are used on ships, depending on the region they are sailing. You can deposit cash and credit card at the machines on the first day of the cruise to your cabin account.
For all programs, a minimum participation of 20 people (10 cabins) is required. The operating agency reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 1 month in advance if the majority is not achieved. They may propose an alternative program to the guest.
Cancellation policies are indicated separately for each program in the program content.
Guests who physically assault or insult the ship's staff during the tour can be disembarked by the captain. In such cases, no refunds will be made to the passenger.
