At check-in for the ship, every passenger (only one person in couples) must present their credit card or make a cash deposit at the ship's reception when receiving the cabin keys. At the beginning of our cruise, colored luggage tags will be provided with your cruise ticket for all group's luggage. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port. Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins by the evening of the first day of departure due to crowds and congestion, which is a situation that is certainly the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to keep your essential items in a small handbag to bring with you on the first day of boarding. Strict adherence to the ship's departure times is required. Guest entry must be made at the port at least 60 minutes before the ship's departure time. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such situations. At the end of our cruise, you will need to collect your luggage by placing the previously attached tags to your cabins after 00:00, leaving them in front of your cabin doors. After the disembarkation process, our group will collect their luggage from the designated station. WE STRONGLY REQUEST THAT EACH GUEST COLLECT THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
