About Flights

- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will be applied.

- Delays or changes in flight times may occur in scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of flight time changes/cancellations when purchasing the trip.

- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.

- According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.

- Check-in and boarding procedures to be performed by those participating in flights are personal matters, and these procedures must be carried out by the guests prior to the flight at the airports, at the relevant airline counters, or online on the airline’s websites.

- Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are announced audibly at the airports and shown on the information boards in the area. This information should be followed by the guests themselves.

- For participation in the tour, guests must be present at the specified airport at the times notified in accordance with airline regulations and must complete check-in and boarding procedures on time; Wtatil cannot be held responsible for guests who do not board the plane despite completing these procedures on time. All expenses for obtaining new round-trip flight tickets and transfers necessary to participate in the tour for guests who miss their flight are their own responsibility.

- The general baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage allowance may drop to 15 kg for those flights. Extra baggage weight/pricing rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil.

- For guests wishing to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade procedures can be carried out after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline you are a member of). There is no guarantee of miles for every flight. Check if the tickets for the program are from upgradeable classes.

- Some airlines may charge extra fees for food and drink services, and online check-in.

Other Matters

- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest with the hotel. In such cases, Wtatil’s cancellation conditions will apply.

- In case the hotel(s) are indicated only by category information without specifying names in the tour program, Wtatil will notify the guest 48 hours prior to the travel date.

- Hotels may be located further away from the specified locations or kilometers during special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments. In such cases, Wtatil will inform the guest 15 days before the tour departure date.

- During the registration process for the purchased tour, the guest must enter/declare their name as stated in the passport, date of birth, and passport number accurately in the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.

- To be able to use your mobile phones abroad, make sure before leaving Turkey that your phone is enabled for international use by contacting the company to which your line belongs.

- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.

- Requests regarding the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated by Wtatil to the hotel. Efforts will be made to accommodate the reserved rooms according to the guests' preferences, depending on the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the hotel’s availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil.

- Breakfasts offered at the hotels differ from the rich Turkish breakfast and are generally served with limited options consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, commonly referred to as continental breakfast, and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups.

- In some cases, a double bed may be available instead of two single beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined when necessary.

- Child and extra bed policies may vary depending on each hotel and room type.

- Any additional bed and baby crib requests are met upon request and depend on the hotel's availability and must be approved by the hotel.

- The capacity for additional beds or baby cribs in the room is one (maximum).

- In triple rooms, there is an additional bed application; the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are typically folding beds or coach beds. Our guests acknowledge that they accept the potential crowding in the room and the types of beds due to the extra beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or bookings with children.

- If the number of children and their ages staying with adults in hotel reservations are reported incorrectly by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility falls on the guest who made the wrong declaration. The hotel may request identification to determine the ages of the children.

- In reservations of 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child is accommodated with two adults. Child discounts apply to the matching age group of the "single child" staying with two adults.

- The currency exchange during the day is reflected in the TL prices. The rates applicable at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests and some additional services you will receive at the hotel (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) are liable to extra charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the charge at the time of purchase and must be paid directly to the hotel during your stay.

- Some countries may have different practices regarding city, tourism or local level taxes. All such city, tourism, or other taxes applied at entry or exit will be collected from guests by the hotel.

- The distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, roadworks, and conditions.

- Wtatil may change the sequence of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program in case of necessary situations or as deemed necessary.

- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identifications of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In case forgotten items are found, the costs incurred for delivering them to the country and/or person are the responsibility of the item owner.

- Tour participants are required to carry their travel health insurance policy and any necessary medications and reports in case of any health issues with them.

- For any extra expenses, the hotel may request a cash or credit card deposit and an official photo identification/passport upon check-in. The return of the deposit requested at check-out is a process between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no intervention in this matter.

- There is no visa application for Turkish citizens.

- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the travel end date.

- At border crossings/customs, there must be at least 2 blank pages in the passport for entry-exit stamp to be placed on your passport.

- Being exempted from visa requirements for entry into the countries on this tour does not mean that entry/exit can be made to/from the country; the border police has the authority to refuse entry/exit; Wtatil is not responsible for this situation, and the responsibility lies with the passenger.

- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or those who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using their other country passport must personally consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures of the country they are traveling to; otherwise, Wtatil will not be held responsible for any resulting consequences.

- To avoid issues with border police at the boundary of the visiting country due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports; it is required to renew the passports. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
