GENERAL TERMS

1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.

2- In case sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip; Wtatil can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the travel date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The total cost of the tour will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; the domestic flight tickets purchased from Wtatil will also be refunded to the guest, if a visa service has been used to apply for a visa on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded as they are considered used, if no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance will also be canceled and a refund will be made. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight from a different provider independent of Wtatil, they cannot request any refund from Wtatil in case the trip is canceled by Wtatil. The guest accepts, in advance, any material and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour, and Wtatil cannot be held responsible.

3- In case sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, Wtatil has the right to show goodwill and not cancel the tour. In this case, as the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guiding service will only cover airport transfers for the international departure and return.

Cancellation and Changes

4- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty until 30 days before the tour departure date, provided that they notify Wtatil in writing. In cases where there is less than 31 days until the start date, the guest can cancel by paying a penalty fee of 50% of the remaining tour price from the flight ticket cost, and in cases where there are 15 days or less until the start date, the entire tour price must be paid as a penalty fee. In case of cancellation requests, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services and travel health insurance may vary according to the cancellation request period, so inquiries about refunds should be made in advance. Wtatil cannot make any commitments regarding the cancellation and refund of additional services.

Guiding Services and Extra Tours

5- The days and hours of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide based on the open/closed status of museums and historical sites at the locations to be visited, as well as the weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.

6- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted as a panoramic tour without including entrance to museums and historical sites, with a maximum duration of 2-3 hours, with commentary from the guide from the vehicle. Panoramic tours, as well as other tours indicated in the program, may not be conducted if they are not allowed to be visited by local authorities, closed due to any event, or made impossible to carry out due to weather conditions; Wtatil cannot be held responsible for the non-execution of such tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transportation or on foot where access roads are closed or not permitted for vehicles.

7- Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether the museum and historical sites are open. This also applies in case of changes in flight times.

8- Important considerations for tours conducted with speed boats include: do not eat heavy meals immediately before boarding and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their conditions.

9- There is no refund for not participating in services (tours or meal services) included in the prices.

About Flights

10- Wtatil is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of any disputes, Turkish law provisions, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will apply.

11- There may be delays or changes in flight times for scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of changes/cancellations in the flight time when purchasing the trip.

12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.

13- According to airline rules, if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.

14- The check-in and boarding procedures that need to be carried out by individuals for those participating in tours with flights must be done by the guest at the airports before the flight, at the relevant airline counters, or online via the airline companies' websites.

15- Any last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced aloud at airports and displayed on information boards in the area. This information must be monitored by the guests themselves.

16- Wtatil is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the reported times according to airline regulations, who do not carry out check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who carry out these procedures and do not board the plane in a timely manner. All costs arising from the need to obtain new round-trip tickets or transfers in the destination for guests who miss their flights are their own responsibility.

17- The general baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage allowance may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil.

18- For guests wishing to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade processes can be carried out based on the availability of the airline (please check the airline of which you are a member) after the tickets are issued. No guarantees are made for miles on each flight. Check if the tickets for the program are of a class that can be upgraded.

19- In some airlines, food and drink and online check-in services may incur additional fees.

Other Matters

20- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest with the hotel. In this case, the cancellation conditions of Wtatil will apply.

21- In cases where hotel(s) are indicated only by category information without specifying names in the tour program and/or options are offered for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated to the guest by Wtatil 48 hours before the travel date.

22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further away than the specified locations or distances. In such cases, Wtatil will inform guests 15 days before the travel date.

23- At the time of registering for the purchased tour; the guest must provide the correct name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number in the system. Airline tickets will be issued based on this information. Any penalty fees associated with ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.

24- To use mobile phones abroad, please check with your service provider before leaving Turkey to ensure that your phone is activated for international use.

25- Hotel check-in time is 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00.

26- Requests regarding the room (high floor, close to general areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by Wtatil. Care is taken to ensure that the reserved rooms comply with the guest's preferences according to the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the hotel's availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil.

27- Breakfast provided at hotels may differ from the rich Turkish breakfast traditionally known. Generally, it is served as a continental breakfast, consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate room designated for groups.

28- In some cases, a double room may have a double bed instead of twin beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined when necessary.

29- The child and extra bed policy may vary for each hotel and according to room types.

30- Any additional bed or baby cot is provided upon request and according to the hotel's availability, and must be approved by the hotel.

31- The capacity for additional beds or baby cots in the room is a maximum of 1.

32- In triple rooms, there is an application for an extra bed, and the bed assigned to the third person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are typically foldable or known as coach beds. Our guests acknowledge by expressing that they accept the possible congestion in the rooms due to the extra beds added to standard rooms and the type of beds for reservations of triple rooms and/or those with children.

33- If the number of adults and children staying is stated incorrectly in hotel reservations, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification regarding children.

34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts are valid only for the "single child" who fits the age group accompanying two adults.

35- Daily exchange rates are reflected in the TL prices. The rates at the time of payment are valid. Any additional requests or some extra services that you will receive at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) will be subject to extra charge by the hotel and will not be included in the charge at the time of booking, and must be paid directly to the hotel during your stay.

36- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All such city, tourism, or other taxes that are being implemented will be collected from guests by the hotel upon entry or exit.

37- The distances indicated in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical position of the visited country, road works, and conditions.

38- Wtatil may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be used, provided that the content of the program is not disrupted in cases of necessity or as deemed necessary.

39- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, the expenses of delivering them to the country and/or person will be borne by the owner of the item.

40- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies, and any related medication and prescriptions if they have health issues.

41- For any possible extra expenses, at check-in, hotels may require a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit. The reimbursement of the requested deposit at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no intervention in this matter.

Visa and Passport

42- There is no visa application for Turkish citizens.

43- Guests must have their passports valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel end date.

44- To obtain entry/exit stamps in your passport at customs/border checkpoints, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport.

45- Being exempt from visas to enter the countries in this tour does not guarantee entry/exit, as border police have the authority to refuse entry/exit; Wtatil is not responsible for this situation, and the responsibility lies with the passenger.

46- Guests who are non-Turkish citizens or have dual citizenship and will be participating in the tour using another country's passport are required to directly inquire about the visa procedures applied by the country they will be traveling to at the relevant consulates; otherwise, Wtatil will not be responsible for any consequences.

47- To avoid problems at the border with customs police due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; it is necessary to renew passports. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

48- Guests under 18 years old may be asked to present a document of parental consent indicating the approval of both parents at border checks when traveling alone or with only one parent; therefore, we advise guests under 18 and their parents to be sensitive to this matter.
