You can follow the daily program detailing the activities on board from the ship's newspaper, which will be delivered to your room the evening before each day. This newspaper can be thought of as a bulletin providing you with all the information about the day's activities on the ship, weather conditions, information about the ports to be visited, contact details for special restaurants or spa reservations. The primary language spoken on board is English. If you are on a program with an accompanying Turkish guide, our guide will support you in all matters from ship bulletins to restaurant menus, and will prepare special bulletins for our valued guests. At embarkation, you must provide your luggage, passport, and credit card information (a deposit will be charged for possible expenses) at the check-in desk located at the entrance of the ship. Your passport will be given back to you only after the tour is completed, after you submit it to the ship. After handing over your passport, you will receive a Boarding Card from the ship. This card will be used as both your passport and the key to your cabin as well as for all transactions you will carry out on the ship. The Boarding Card contains your name, surname, cabin number, meal seating, and various other details. There is a dress code for passengers on board. As the ship has special events such as the captain's welcome dinner and gala night, we kindly request you to bring elegant and classic attire. You can follow these events, such as the gala night and welcome dinner, along with other special events through the initially mentioned ship newspaper. Additionally, the dress code is mentioned in the bulletin. On cruise ships, there are open buffet restaurants available for 20 hours a day, where you can eat at any time. In addition to the breakfast, lunch, and dinner served in the main restaurant included in your fare, there are also fast food points and open buffets available. The ship also features specialty concept restaurants such as a Thai restaurant and a steakhouse. You can make reservations for these restaurants to taste special dishes prepared by private chefs. The thematic restaurants are subject to extra charges. Cruise ships provide numerous amenities and activities for families with children. There are children's pools and play clubs available on the ship for children to spend time in. Cruise ships are designed by engineers to ensure stability during travel, and the ship's captains are specifically trained for this purpose. Smoking is prohibited in all interior areas of the ship, including your cabin. You may smoke on the open deck where there are no signs prohibiting it and where ashtrays are provided. There are doctors and nurses available on board. The ships also have cabins designed for disabled guests.
