DAY SABİHA GÖKÇEN AIRPORT – ROME – CIVITAVECCHIA We meet at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Terminal at 07:00 in the morning, then depart for Rome at 10:55 with Ajet Airlines flight number VF73. We arrive in Rome at 11:45 local time and transfer to the Savona port where our MSC ORCHESTRA ship will depart. After check-in and passport procedures, we will settle into our cabins and have free time. Our ship will depart the port at 19:00. Dinner and overnight stay on the ship. 02. DAY AT SEA This day will be spent sailing at sea, where our ship will offer many alternatives for you. Guests can enjoy the ship's open and closed pools, jacuzzis, and sunbathing areas, or shop in duty-free stores, try their luck at the casino, or enjoy various music and entertainment options available at numerous bars. A variety of dining alternatives will also await you throughout the day. Dinner and overnight stay on the ship. 03. DAY VALENCIA Our ship will dock at Valencia port at 07:00. After breakfast, there will be free time for personal activities and shopping. Guests who wish can join the “Valencia City Tour” organized by our guide as an extra. During this tour, our first stop will be the City of Arts and Sciences created by the magnificent architect Santiago Calatrava, which has made a mark in the last 10 years. We will see the park area built over the dry riverbed featuring modern museums, theaters, and opera houses. Following this, during our walking tour we will see La Lonja, El Cid, the Cathedral, Micalet, and Virgin Square. After the free time given by our guide, we will return to our ship. Our ship will depart the port at 21:00. Dinner and overnight stay on the ship. 04. DAY BARCELONA Our ship will dock at Barcelona port at 08:00. After breakfast, there will be free time for personal activities. Guests who wish can participate in the “Barcelona City Tour” organized by our guide as an extra. Our city tour in Barcelona, one of Europe’s most beautiful metropolises, will begin with our special bus waiting for us at the port. We will see La Rambla Street, Cristoforo Colombo Monument, Maremagnum Artificial Harbor, Barceloneta Beach, the Olympic area and harbor, Catalunya Square, Passeig de Gracia where Gaudí turned his houses into an open-air museum and his most famous work, the Sagrada Familia. During the tour, we will climb Montjuïc hill for some picturesque photos. After free time for shopping, we will return to our ship. Our ship will depart the port at 18:00. Dinner and overnight stay on the ship. 05. DAY MARSEILLES Our ship will dock at Marseille port at 08:00. After breakfast, there will be free time for shopping and personal activities. Guests who wish can join the “Marseille & Aix Provence Tour” organized by our guide as an extra. In this day's tour, after meeting with our guide, we will first head to Aix en Provence, located 40 minutes away from Marseille. We will begin with the famous St. Saviour’s Cathedral dating back to the 12th century, known for its Romanesque front and covered arched pathway. Then we will enjoy a pleasant walk through the old district of the city where we will see ancient inns and the Mazarin district, designed by Cardinal Mazarin’s brother in the 17th century. After a short break, we’ll return to Marseille, an important maritime city. We will start by visiting the “Notre Dame de la Garde Cathedral” located on a high hill. Following this visit, we will see the Longchamps Fountain, Saint Charles train station, the old city, Hotel de Ville, and the marina area. After some free time in the city center, we will return to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00. Dinner and overnight stay on the ship. 06. DAY GENOA Our ship will dock at Genoa port at 08:00. After breakfast, guests will have free time for personal activities. Guests who wish can join the “Genoa City Tour & Portofino” organized by our guide as an extra. Our bus will take us to the neighboring port city of Genoa, which was once the capital of an important maritime kingdom that ruled over the Mediterranean region, including Istanbul. We will see important sites such as San Lorenzo Cathedral, the Doges' Palace, and Christopher Columbus’ house. In the second part, we will visit Portofino, a town that has inspired many songs and is renowned for romance, located one hour away from Genoa. After some free time in this tranquil seaside town, we will return to our ship. Our ship will depart at 19:00. Dinner and overnight stay on the ship. 07. DAY LIVORNO - FLORENCE Our ship will dock at Livorno port at 07:00. After breakfast, there will be free time for personal activities and shopping. Guests who wish can join the “Florence & Pisa Tour” organized by our guide as an extra. We will take our special vehicle to Pisa first, located a short distance from the port. At the famous Piazza dei Miracoli, we will see the Duomo, Baptistery, and the Leaning Tower and have a short shopping break. Those wishing to climb this approximately 14-degree tilted tower must ascend 294 steps for a fee. Afterwards, with a magnificent view of Tuscany, we will travel approximately 1.5 hours by vehicle to Florence; we will have a panoramic tour of the Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, Signoria Square, Duomo Cathedral, and Baptistery. Florence, known as a shopping paradise particularly for shoes, bags, and all kinds of leather products, invites you to the heart of fashion. After some free time for lunch and shopping in this city that rightfully attracts the most tourists after Rome, we will return to our ship. Our ship will depart at 20:00. Dinner and overnight stay on the ship. 08. DAY CIVITAVECCHIA – ROME – SABİHA GÖKÇEN AIRPORT Our ship will dock at Civitavecchia port at 07:00. After breakfast, we conduct our disembarkation procedures and then leave the ship. With our special vehicle waiting for us at the port, we will head to Rome Airport. After our arrival at the airport, we will check-in and complete our passport procedures before departing for Istanbul at 12:45 with Ajet Airlines flight number VF74. We will arrive at Istanbul Airport at 17:25 local time. End of our tour.
