ISTANBUL – BERGAMO – MILAN – (Verona Tour) – VENICE
After completing your baggage check-in, ticket, and passport control procedures 3 hours before the flight at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Terminal, we depart for Bergamo at 10:30 AM with Pegasus Airlines flight PC1211. We arrive at Bergamo Airport at 11:20 AM local time and transfer to the city center of Milan with our private bus waiting for us at the airport. After arriving in Milan, we embark on a city tour. Milan, one of the fashion capitals of Europe, is also known for its cuisine, opera, churches, and priceless artworks, such as Leonardo Da Vinci’s The Last Supper fresco. Although it is Italy's business and financial capital, Milan is also a key destination for shopping, nightlife, and culinary experiences. During our city tour, we will explore notable sites such as the famous opera house La Scala, Duomo Square and Cathedral, the Galleria with many renowned brands for enjoyable shopping, and Porta Romana. After the city tour in Milan, we move towards Venice. On the way, guests who wish can join the optional Verona Tour (50 Euros). Verona, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, hosts Italy's second-largest amphitheater after the Colosseum and is the setting for the famous love story in English author Shakespeare’s work, Romeo & Juliet, where we will conclude our tour with a visit to Juliet's house and the Erbe Square before continuing our journey to our hotel in the Venice area. We will transfer to our hotel in the Venice region, check-in, and have free time to rest.
VENICE – (Venice Masterpieces & Hidden Venice Walking Tour) – PISA – FLORENCE
After breakfast and check-out procedures, we proceed to Pisa. Guests who wish can join the optional Venice Masterpieces and Hidden Venice Walking Tour (80 Euros – "Vaporetto and city entry fees included"). During our tour in Venice, we will see major iconic structures such as San Marco Square, San Marco Basilica, the Doge's Palace designed and used as a symbol of power, the Clock Tower, the Bridge of Sighs, and the historic Campanille Bell Tower. After this, we will enjoy a pleasant walk through the narrow streets of Venice connected by bridges and winding canals. Following the tour, we will have some free time before continuing our journey to Pisa. Upon our arrival in Pisa, we will have a tour where we will visit the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the cathedral, the baptistery, and the Miracoli Square. After a short free time for photos in front of the world-famous Leaning Tower of Pisa, we will transfer to our hotel in Florence. We will check-in and have free time to rest.
FLORENCE – (San Gimignano & Siena Tour) – ROME
After breakfast and check-out procedures, we move to hold a panoramic city tour of Florence, the capital of the Renaissance and the birthplace of Pinocchio. We will first see the Santa Maria Del Fiore Cathedral, with its noteworthy orange dome, from the outside. One of the cathedral’s most remarkable features is the bronze doors known as the "Gates of Paradise," which depict the tales of prophets mentioned in the Quran. We will then visit Giotto's Bell Tower, which was once used to call the people to parliament, the historic Signoria Square, which has been the political and social center of Florence for centuries, and the famous Ponte Vecchio, known for its antique and jewelry shops. After the city tour of Florence, we will head towards Rome. Guests can opt for the additional San Gimignano & Siena Tour (80 Euros) on the way. Our first stop will be San Gimignano. Due to its well-preserved medieval architecture, San Gimignano has earned a spot on the UNESCO World Heritage List. It is also known as the "Town of Beautiful Towers" as 14 of its architectural marvels have survived through wars and natural disasters. In San Gimignano, we will have a panoramic tour in the squares where we can see the 14 majestic towers, which will give us a sense of time travel back to the Middle Ages. After visiting San Gimignano, we will continue to Siena, known for its narrow streets, small alleys, and Campo Square, which is considered the largest square in Europe. We will explore Campo Square and its narrow historic streets before continuing our journey towards Rome. Upon arrival in the Rome region, we will check-in at our hotel and have free time to rest.
ROME – (Rome Icons & Nemi Strawberry Village Tour) – (Vatican and Local Rome Neighborhoods Tour)
After breakfast, we offer a full day of free time. Guests may join the optional Rome Icons & Nemi Strawberry Village Tour (85 Euros) if they wish. Our first visit will be Nemi, known for its wild strawberries, which hosts a yearly strawberry festival. In Nemi, we will take a tour of the small streets leading to the squares, along with breathtaking lake and valley views infused with the scent of strawberries. After our tour, we will journey to Rome, known as "the center of the world" (Urbs aput mundi), where we will witness its diverse architectural styles from ancient to Renaissance amid art, history, music, shopping, sunshine and cuisine. Among numerous stunning works of architecture, we will first see the Colosseum, an ancient theater symbolizing the city, which hosted gladiatorial fights throughout the Roman Empire, as well as the Roman Forum, A Fountain of Love where it is believed that throwing a coin guarantees a return to Rome, and the famous Spanish Steps with its street performers. We will have free time at the Pantheon in the city center after the tour. During this free time, guests can also join the optional Vatican and Rome Local Neighborhoods Tour (65 Euros). Our tour will begin with a visit to Castel San’t Angelo – Angel's Castle and Navona Square, with a visit to Vatican / San Pietro, the smallest country in the world and the center of the Catholic denomination of Christianity. We will spend some time at St. Peter’s Square (Piazza San Pietro), where thousands of Catholics gather to worship and meet the Pope during special occasions, with 140 statues of saints surrounding the world’s largest cathedral, St. Peter's Basilica. After the time here, we will start our exploration of the local neighborhoods of Rome, where we will blend in with the locals and experience the true Italian atmosphere, discovering the cafes, small family restaurants, boutiques, markets, butchers, and many other charming shops in the Trastevere, Piazza Trilussa, Ponte Sisto, and Ghetto regions, along with the Ancient Tiber Island. Our walking tour through the maze-like narrow streets will complete our tour before returning to our hotel in the Rome region.
ROME – (Outlet Tour) – ISTANBUL
After breakfast and check-out procedures, we head to Fiumicino Airport in Rome for our return flight to Istanbul. Guests may opt for the additional Outlet Tour (25 Euros) if they desire. We will have a delightful free time for quality and affordable shopping at the outlet center, which hosts the most prestigious brands of the world and fashion, along with cafes, restaurants, and personal activity spaces. After this enjoyable shopping time, we will continue our journey to the airport. Once we arrive at the airport, we will complete our baggage check-in, check-in, and passport control procedures before departing for Istanbul at 17:15 with Pegasus Airlines flight PC1226. We will arrive at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 21:45 local time, and conclude our tour.
