We meet in front of the Pegasus Airlines counter at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departure Terminal. After luggage and ticket procedures, we take a scheduled flight with Pegasus Airlines. Following our arrival, we depart to the city of Venice with our private bus waiting at the airport. Upon arrival, we have a panoramic city tour of Venice. After arriving at Tronchetto Square, we reach San Marco Square with a short vaporetto ride. During our city tour, we will see famous places such as San Marco Square and its Basilica, the Bridge of Sighs where prisoners took their last look at Venice, the Grand Canal with the Rialto Bridge, the Doge's Palace, the Bell Tower and Clock Tower, and San Giorgio Maggiore Church. After the tour, there will be free time. Guests wishing to can join the optional activity organized by our guide, a Gondola Tour (30€ per person). After free time, transfer to the hotel. DAY 2 VENICE – FLORENCE
After having breakfast at the hotel, we move to Florence. Guests wishing to can join the optional Bologna Tour (30€ per person) organized by our guide along the way. During our tour, we will see key attractions in Bologna such as the Piazza Maggiore (Main Square), the Fountain of Neptune located right behind the square, the Old Stock Exchange Building, Europe’s first university, the Quadrilatero (old market), and the Garisenda and Asinelli towers that have become symbols of Bologna. After the tour, we will proceed to Florence. Upon arrival, we will have a panoramic city tour of Florence. During our tour, we will see the Arno River that divides Florence, the famous jewelers' bridge Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio, which was ruled by the Medici Family, Piazza Della Signoria, home to the masterpieces Hercules and David, the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral with the third highest dome in Italy, and the Baptistery known for its door. After the tour, transfer to our hotel in Montecatini. Accommodation at our hotel.
DAY 3 FLORENCE
After having breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests wishing to can join the optional Pisa & Portofino Tour (100€ per person) organized by our guide. During our tour, after visiting the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Miracle Square, we will take a boat to the famous town of Portofino, known from songs. You won’t get enough of this small town located within a national park. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.
DAY 4 FLORENCE – ROME
After having breakfast at the hotel, we move to Rome. Guests wishing to can join the optional Orvieto Tour (30€ per person) organized by our guide along the way. After seeing the historical city center and Orvieto Cathedral, we continue to Rome. Upon arrival, we will have a panoramic city tour of Rome. During our city tour, we will see Castel Sant’Angelo where Cem Sultan was imprisoned, Venice Square where Mussolini addressed the public, the II. Vittorio Emanuele monument, the Colosseum which hosted gladiatorial games, the Trevi Fountain famous from the movie "La Dolce Vita", and the Spanish Steps with its 135 steps and the fountain of the sunken ship. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.
DAY 5 ROME
After having breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests wishing to can join the optional Outlet & Lake District & Vatican Tour (70€ per person) organized by our guide. After visiting the area of natural beauty where the Popes used to spend summer and the famous village of Nemi known for its wild strawberries, we will have free time for shopping at Italy's most famous outlet, Castel Romano Outlet. Then, we will proceed to San Pietro Square, which is considered the center of Christianity. After our arrival, we will have free time to visit the Basilica and the Square. Guests wishing to can join the optional Rome by Night Tour (30€ per person) organized by our guide. Accommodation at our hotel.
DAY 6 ROME – ISTANBUL
After having breakfast at the hotel and depending on the flight time, transfer to Rome Airport. After completing luggage and check-in procedures, we will depart to Istanbul with a scheduled flight by Pegasus Airlines. Upon arrival, our tour and services come to an end.

GENERAL TERMS
1- General Terms are an inseparable part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
2- In case sufficient participation for the tour is not achieved, Wtatil can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the travel date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full amount of the tour fee will be refunded to the guest. Regarding additional services purchased outside the tour; domestic flight tickets purchased from Wtatil will also be refunded to the guest, however, if a visa service is utilized and a visa application has been made in the guest's name using travel health insurance, these services cannot be refunded as they have been used; if no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance will also be canceled and a refund will be made. If the guest purchased domestic flight connections from a different provider independent of Wtatil, in case Wtatil cancels the trip, no reimbursement can be requested from Wtatil. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour when purchasing the tour, and Wtatil cannot be held responsible.
3- In the case that sufficient participation for the tour is not achieved, Wtatil has the right to show goodwill to not cancel the tour. In this case, providing the tour individually for the guest will be considered, therefore, the guided service included in the package will only cover the airport transfers for international arrivals and departures.
Cancellation and changes
4- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty by notifying Wtatil in writing up to 30 days prior to the tour departure date, except for flight tickets paid and/or pledged to the airline. In case of less than 31 days remaining until the start of the tour, the guest can cancel by paying a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee and if there are 15 days or less until the start of the tour, by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. In case of a cancellation request, additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance have varying refund terms depending on the cancellation request period, so prior information should be requested regarding their refunds. Wtatil cannot make any commitments regarding the cancellation and refunds of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
5- The days and times of the tours mentioned in the program can be changed by the guide based on the status of the museums and archaeological sites being open or closed, as well as weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
6- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are the tours conducted for the general presentation of cities and made from inside the vehicle with guided narration, not including entrance to museums or archaeological sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. If the panoramic tours coincide with days and times for other tours outlined in the program, they cannot be carried out because they are not permitted by local authorities, or access to roads is closed due to any event, or the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, Wtatil cannot be held responsible for any inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot in locations where road access is restricted or not permitted.
7- Our guide may make changes to the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on the content of the tours, the number of participants, and the closing status of museums and archaeological sites. This situation also applies to possible changes in flight times.
8- Important considerations for the tours to be conducted by Speed Boats; heavy meals should not be eaten immediately before boarding the boat, and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, should inform their guides of their situations.
9- If participation in the services included in the prices such as tours or meals does not occur, refunds are not available.
About Flights
10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of possible disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation will be applied, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention.
11- There may be delays or changes to the flight time on scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obligated to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of changes/cancellations to the flight time when purchasing the trip.
12- Children between the ages of 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
13- According to the airlines' rules; if the outbound flight of round-trip purchased airline tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
14- Check-in and boarding processes for travelers participating in tours with flights are personal responsibilities, and these processes must be carried out by the guest at the airport, at the relevant airline counters, or online on the airline's website prior to the flight.
15- Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are announced verbally at the airports and shown on the information boards in the area. This information must be followed by guests personally.
16- For participation in the tour, those who are not present at the designated airport at the reported times according to the airline's regulations, who do not complete check-in and boarding processes on time, or who complete check-in and boarding on time but do not board the plane, Wtatil cannot be held responsible for their inability to catch the flight. All expenses, such as obtaining new flight tickets required for the guests who miss the flight to join the tour, and necessary transfers in the destination area, etc., are their own responsibility.
17- The general baggage weight for outbound flights from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the destination country. If domestic flights are available in the destination country, the baggage weight on these domestic flights may decrease to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil.
18- For guests wishing to upgrade tickets with their miles (to business or first class); after the tickets are issued, upgrade procedures can be carried out depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline you are a member of). No guarantee is given for mileage for every flight. Check whether the tickets for your program are eligible for upgrade.
19- In some airlines, meal, and online check-in services may be subject to additional fees.
Other Issues
20- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest communicating with the hotel. In this case, Wtatil's cancellation conditions will apply.
21- When the hotel(s) are specified only by category information in the tour program or offered as options for the same destination, the guest will be informed by Wtatil 48 hours before the tour departure.
22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used farther from the specified locations or distances. In such a case, Wtatil will inform guests 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
23- At the time of registration for the purchased tour; the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport must be correctly entered by the guest into the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Any cancellation or changes to airline tickets due to incorrect information will result in penalty charges borne by the guests.
24- To use your mobile phone abroad, check with your service provider before leaving Turkey to ensure your phone is activated for international use.
25- The check-in time for accommodation in hotels is 3:00 PM, and the check-out time is 12:00 PM.
26- Any requests regarding the room (such as high floor, proximity to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be reported to the hotel by Wtatil. Efforts will be made to ensure that reserved rooms comply with the guest's preferences in accordance with the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests is dependent on availability at the time of check-in at the hotel and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil.
27- Breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich Turkish breakfast traditionally served. It is usually served as a limited selection typically known as a continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated for the group.
28- In some cases, there may be a double bed instead of a twin-bedded room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if necessary.
29- The child and extra bed policy may vary by hotel and type of room.
30- Any additional beds and baby cots are provided upon request and subject to hotel availability, and approval by the hotel is required.
31- The capacity for additional beds or baby cots in the room is a maximum of 1 (one).
32- In triple rooms, there is an application for an extra bed; the bed designated for the third person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of folding and folding beds known as coach beds. Our guests accept the crowding in rooms due to additional beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or bookings with children.
33- If incorrect information regarding the number of adults and children accompanying them, as well as their ages, is given in hotel reservations, the relevant hotels may charge an additional fee. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the false declaration. The hotel may request identification to determine the age of the children.
34- In reservations of 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid when the child is accommodated alongside two adults. Child discounts apply only to "one child" who meets the age group when staying with 2 adults.
35- Daily currency exchange changes reflect on the TL prices. The rates applicable at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests, as well as some extra services (minibar, ironing, etc.) that can be obtained at the hotel, are subject to extra charges by the hotel. These costs are not included in the price at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
36- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All such city, tourism, or other taxes currently in effect, collected by the hotel from the guest at the time of entry or exit.
37- Distance information provided in the programs is map-based. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the destination country, roadworks, and other factors.
38- Wtatil may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown to without altering the content of the program in mandatory situations or where deemed necessary.
39- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/ID cards of participants in the tour are their own responsibility; Wtatil is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In the situation where forgotten items are found, the costs incurred during their delivery to the country and/or to the person are the responsibility of the item owner.
40- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any related medications and reports if they have health issues with them.
41- For any additional expenses, upon check-in at the hotel, identity/passport with a photo issued by official authorities and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel. The return of the deposit requested upon check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest and Wtatil has no intervention in this.
Visa and Passport
42- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens.
43- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
44- For stamps to be placed on your passport during customs crossings/borders, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport.
45- The exemption from visas for entry into the countries on this tour does not mean you will be allowed to enter/exit the country; the passport police have the authority to refuse entry/exit, and Wtatil is not responsible for this, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or those with dual citizenship wishing to participate in the tour using their other country passport must inquire in person with the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the country to be traveled, otherwise Wtatil will not be responsible for any resulting consequences.
47- To avoid issues with customs regarding tampered passports such as ripped, worn, wet, or similar damage, passports should be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
48- Guests under 18 years of age may be asked for a joint consent document indicating the consent of both parents when traveling alone or only with one parent at border control; therefore, it is advisable for guests under 18 and their parents to be aware of this matter.
