Guiding Services and Extra Tours 5- The days and hours of the tours indicated in the program can be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites as well as weather conditions at the places to be visited. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours. 6- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are arranged for a general introduction of the cities and conducted as panoramic tours with a guide's narration from the vehicle, excluding entrance to museums and historical sites. Panoramic tours are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours that do not include entrance to museums and archaeological sites and may not take place if the local authorities do not allow it due to closures or if it is made impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot if there are closed roads or areas where vehicle access is not permitted, within the possibilities. 7- Our guide, while adhering to the content of our tours, may change the days of the city tour and/or additional tours based on the number of participants and the closure status of the museum and historical site. This also applies to changes in flight times. 8- Important considerations for tours conducted with speedboats include; avoiding heavy meals and excessive water intake just before boarding the boat. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, and pregnant guests are required to inform their guides of their situations. 9- There is no refund for services included in the prices if participation in the respective tours or meal services is not provided. About Flights 10- Wtatil serves as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of potential disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation as well as the Hague Protocol and Warsaw Convention will be applied. 11- There may be delays or changes in flight times for scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obligated to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times when purchasing the trip. 12- Children aged 0-2 pay only the airport tax fee. 13- According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets purchased is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 14- Check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities for participants of the flights and must be carried out by the guests at the airports before the flight at the relevant airline counters or online on the airline's websites. 15- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced verbally at airports and shown on the information boards in the area. This information must be monitored by the guests themselves. 16- Wtatil is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the designated airport at the reported times according to airline regulations for participation in the tour and do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete these procedures but do not board the plane. All costs related to obtaining new round-trip airplane tickets and necessary transfers in the destination area for guests who miss the flight will be their responsibility. 17- The general baggage weight limit for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country of destination. If there are domestic flights at the destination, the baggage weight may drop to 15 kg on those flights. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil. 18- For guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade transactions can be carried out after tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline you have membership with). No guarantee is given for milage upgrades on every flight. Check if the tickets for the program are from a class that can be upgraded. 19- Some airlines may charge extra fees for catering and online check-in services. Other Matters 20- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made by the guest directly with the hotel. In such a case, Wtatil's cancellation conditions will apply. 21- In cases where the hotel(s) is presented without mentioning names but providing only category information or offered as options for the same destination, it will be communicated to the guest by Wtatil 48 hours before the trip departure. 22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used further away from the indicated locations or kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by Wtatil 15 days before the date of departure. 23- When registering for the purchased tour; the guest must accurately enter/disclose their name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number in the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests. 24- To use your mobile phone abroad, check before leaving Turkey whether your phone is enabled for international use by contacting the company to which your line belongs. 25- The check-in time for accommodation in hotels is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00. 26- Requests regarding the room (high floor, close to general areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be communicated to the hotel by Wtatil. Care will be taken for the booked rooms to align with the preferences of the guest based on the hotel's availability. The realization of these requests depends on what is available upon check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil. 27- Breakfasts offered in hotels may differ from the rich breakfasts commonly found in Turkish cuisine. Generally, they are served as continental breakfasts consisting of limited options like butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate room allocated for the group. 28- In some cases, double rooms may be provided instead of twin-bedded rooms. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if necessary. 29- The child and extra bed policy may vary depending on each hotel and its room types. 30- All types of extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and based on the hotel's availability and must be approved by the hotel. 31- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is a maximum of 1 (one). 32- There is an extra bed application in triple rooms, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Additional beds consist of beds that can be opened/closed and are referred to as coach beds. Our guests accept that they are informed about the possible congestion and bed types in the rooms due to additional beds to be added to standard rooms in triple room and/or child reservations. 33- If the number of adults and children who will stay with them and their ages are incorrectly stated by our guests in hotel reservations, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the wrong declaration. The hotel may request identification to determine the age of children. 34- In reservations with 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply only to the age group of a "single child" staying alongside two adults. 35- The exchange rates fluctuating throughout the day are reflected in the TL prices. The rates at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests and some extra services you will receive at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) are subject to an extra charge determined by the hotel and are not included in the cost at the time of purchase; these expenses will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 36- Some countries may have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local level taxes. All kinds of city, tourism, or other taxes being implemented like this will be charged by the hotel from the guest during entry or exit. 37- The travel distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to conditions such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road works, and situations. 38- Wtatil may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown to without altering the content of the program in case of mandatory situations or as deemed necessary. 39- Guests participating in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities, and Wtatil is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen belongings. In cases where forgotten items are found, the costs for delivering them to the country and/or the individual are the responsibility of the item owner. 40- It is mandatory for participants of the tour to carry their travel health insurance policies along with any health problems, related medications, and reports. 41- For potential extra expenses, official photo ID/passport and credit card or cash deposit may be requested at check-in by hotels. The refund of the requested deposit at the time of check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no intervention in this matter. Visa and Passport 42- There is no visa requirement for T.C citizens. 43- Our guests must ensure their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip. 44- At customs crossings/border gates, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport for entry-exit stamps. 45- The exemption from visa requirements for the countries in this tour does not mean that entry/exit to/from the country is guaranteed, as the immigration officer has the authority to deny entry/exit, and Wtatil is not responsible for this, the responsibility lies with the passenger. 46- Non-Turkish citizens or those with dual citizenship who will join the tour using their other country's passport must consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the country they will travel to; otherwise, Wtatil will not be responsible for any resulting issues. 47- To avoid issues at the border gates of the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, it is necessary to renew the passports. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the traveler. 48- Guests under 18 years old traveling alone or with only one parent are likely to be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of both parents by immigration officers upon entry-exit, and it is recommended that guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this issue.
