If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection from a different supplier independently of the Agency, in case of cancellation of the tour by the Agency, no fee refund can be requested from the Agency. The guest accepts in advance the possible material and moral losses due to the cancellation of the tour when purchasing the tour; the Agency cannot be held responsible. 3- In case of insufficient participation for the trip, the Agency has the right to show goodwill and not cancel the tour. In this case, since it will be provided individually for the guest, the included guidance services in the package will only cover the airport transfers for the international departure and return. Cancellation and Changes 4- In our tours, tickets for transportation are arranged at the time of reservation. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date, the ticket fees for this flight, which have no right of cancellation & change and refund, will be charged as a penalty. 5- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty, provided that they notify the Agency in writing until 30 days before the tour departure date, except for the airplane tickets that have been paid for and/or committed to the airline. If it's less than 31 days until the start date of the trip, the guest can cancel by paying a penalty fee equivalent to 50% of the remaining tour fee from the airline ticket price. If cancellation is made 15 days or less before the start date of the trip, the guest can cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. In case of cancellation requests, since the refund terms for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance can vary depending on the time of cancellation request, it is necessary to inquire in advance about the refund possibility. The Agency cannot make any commitment regarding the refund of additional services. Guidance Services and Extra Tours 6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program can be changed by the guide depending on the status of the museums and historical sites at the destinations, whether they are open or closed, and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours. 7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are designed for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted as panoramic tours without museum or historical site entrances for a maximum of 2-3 hours with explanation from the guide inside the vehicle. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are not the responsibility of the agency if they cannot be conducted due to local authorities not permitting visits, roads being closed due to any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or by foot where there are closed roads or where vehicle entry is not allowed. 8- Our guide, depending on the content of our tours, may alter the days of city tours and/or additional tours according to the number of participants and the status of museums and historical sites being closed. This also applies in case of possible changes in flight timings. 9- Important considerations for our tours conducted by Speed Boats include: no heavy meals should be eaten and excessive water should not be consumed just before boarding the boat. Guests with complaints regarding stomach, back, neck, etc., as well as pregnant guests, should inform their guides about their conditions. 10- If participation in the services included in the price, such as tours or meals, is not provided, no refund will be made. Flights Information 11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will apply. 12- Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger acknowledges the risk of changes/cancellations of flight times when purchasing the trip. 13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax. 14- According to airline regulations; if the outgoing flight of a purchased round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 15- Check-in and boarding procedures for passengers participating in flights are personal responsibilities, and these procedures must be performed by the guests at airports, at the relevant airline counters, or online through the airline's websites before the flight. 16- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards in the area. This information should be followed by the guests themselves. 17- The Agency is not responsible for guests who are not present at the designated airport at the reported times according to airline rules for tour participation, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete these procedures on time but do not board the flight. All expenses related to obtaining new departure-return airplane tickets and transfers needed for guests who miss the flight are the responsibility of the guests. 18- The general luggage weight for departing flights from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage allowance may drop to 15 kg on those flights. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency. 19- For guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets using their miles (to business or first class); upgrade procedures can be performed based on the availability of the airline after the tickets are issued (please check the airline to which you have membership). No mileage guarantee is given for each flight. Please verify whether the booked tickets are in an upgradeable class. 20- Some airlines may charge extra for meal and online check-in services. Other Matters 21- The Agency will not accept any responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest with the hotel. In this case, the cancellation conditions of the Agency will apply. 22- When hotel(s) are provided only with category information and without specific names in the tour program and/or options are offered for the same destination, the Agency will inform the guest 48 hours before the tour departure. 23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used from locations or distances greater than those specified. In such cases, the Agency will inform the guest 15 days before the tour departure. 24- When registering for the purchased tour; it is necessary for the guest to enter/bear the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport accurately in the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees arising from incorrect information leading to cancellation or changes of the airline tickets will be charged to the guests. 25- To use your mobile phones abroad, check whether your phone is enabled for international use before departing Turkey by contacting your service provider. 26- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00. 27- Requests regarding rooms (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by the Agency. It will be ensured that reserved rooms conform to the guest's preferences as much as possible based on the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency. 28- Breakfasts offered at hotels differ from the rich breakfast traditionally served in Turkish cuisine. They are generally served as continental breakfasts, including limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate salon allocated for groups. 29- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of a twin room. Most European hotels offer twin rooms that can be combined when necessary. 30- The child and extra bed policy may vary between hotels and room types. 31- Any additional bed and baby cot will be provided upon request and according to the hotel's availability and must be approved by the hotel. 32- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is 1 (maximum). 33- In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Guests declare that they accept the potential overcrowding and bed types resulting from the extra beds added to standard rooms for triple room bookings and/or reservations with children. 34- If the number of children and their ages, who will be staying with adults in hotel reservations, are incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge extra fees. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may demand identification to determine the age of children. 35- In reservations with 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply for a “single child” within the appropriate age group who is staying with two adults. 36- Daily currency exchanges are reflected in the TL prices. Rates valid at the time of payment will apply. Any additional requests in the hotel, such as extra services (minibar, ironing, etc.), will be subject to extra charges imposed by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the purchase and will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 37- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local level taxes. Any such city, tourism, or other taxes in application will be charged by the hotel to the guest at the time of entry or exit. 38- The travel distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical position of the visited country, roadworks, and conditions. 39- The Agency may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without altering the contents of the program in necessary circumstances or if deemed appropriate. 40- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities taken by participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for any forgotten/lost/stolen items. In case of found forgotten items, the expenses incurred for delivering them to the country and/or the person shall be borne by the owner of the item. 41- Participants of the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medicines and reports related to any health problems with them. 42- For possible extra charges, during hotel check-in, official institutions may request a photo ID/passport and a credit card or cash deposit, which is to be refunded at check-out and is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, with no intervention from the Agency. Visa and Passport 1- Guests must have passports valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel. 2- At customs crossings/border posts, at least 2 blank pages in your passport are required for entry-exit stamps. 3- Being exempt from a visa and having a visa for entry into the countries in this tour does not mean that you can enter/exit the country, as the passport police have the authority to deny entry/exit; the responsibility for this situation lies with the passenger, and the Agency is not responsible. 4- Non-Turkish citizens or dual citizens participating in the tour with their other country passport must consult the relevant consulates for visa procedures applied by the country to be traveled; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any resulting consequences. 5- To avoid issues with customs police at the border post of the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, or damaged passports; passports must be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. 6- Guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent should be aware that the police may ask for a document showing the consent of both parents during entry and exit; hence it's advisable for guests under 18 and their parents to be meticulous about this matter.
