Day 1 ISTANBUL – BOLOGNA – FLORENCE – MONTECATINI Meeting at the Turkish Airlines Counter at Istanbul Airport, International Terminal. Departure to Bologna with Turkish Airlines. Arrival at Bologna airport and transfer to Florence for a city tour. Our panoramic city tour starts by photographing the historic streets and squares of Florence, concluding at Piazza Della Republica. After a short break, we continue to explore UNESCO World Heritage Site Florence accompanied by our guide. In the afternoon, there is the option to join the extra tour “Renaissance Works in the Footsteps of the Medici (45€)”. During this tour, we will closely examine the monuments of this historic city through the life stories of Florentine artists and scientists who shaped the Renaissance. Those who wish can join our guide on an extra tour to “Albano Lake & Nemi Roman Villages (Strawberry Village) & Castelli Romani Outlet (95€)”. We will visit the region known for its natural beauty where popes used to spend their summers and the village of Nemi famous for its mountain strawberries. Next, we will have shopping opportunities at Castel Romano Designer Outlet where we can find renowned brands. After this tour, those who desire can join another extra tour “Rome's Monuments and Masterpieces (65€)”, where we will visit ancient Pantheon Temple, the famous Piazza Navona with its Baroque architecture and renowned fountain, the Trevi Fountain with the legend of returning to Rome on throwing a coin, and the famous Spanish Steps.
