Care is taken to ensure that the reserved rooms are according to the guests' preferences based on hotel availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency. 28- Breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast traditionally made in Turkish cuisine. Generally, it is served with limited options, which is typically referred to as a continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for groups. 29- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of a twin room. Many European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be joined together when needed. 30- Child and extra bed policies may vary by hotel and room types. 31- All types of extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and based on hotel availability and require hotel approval. 32- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in a room is 1 unit (maximum). 33- In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application; the bed provided for the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are foldable and consist of beds referred to as a coach bed. Guests accept that they are considered to have acknowledged the possible crampedness in rooms due to the added extra beds in triple room and/or child reservations. 34- If the number and ages of children staying with adults in hotel reservations are incorrectly stated by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge extra fees. In such case, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Child prices are only valid if the child is accompanied by two adults. Child discounts apply only to the eligible age group of the "single child" staying with two adults. 36- Daily currency exchange rates are reflected in TL prices. Rates at the time of purchase are valid. Additional requests and some extra services to be obtained at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) are subject to extra charges imposed by the hotel. These costs are not included at the time of purchase and will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 37- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All city, tourism, or other taxes implemented in such a manner will be collected from guests by the hotel upon entry or exit. 38- The distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, and road works and conditions. 39- The Agency can change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without changing the program content in cases of necessity or deemed necessary. 40- Personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identities of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for lost/forgotten/stolen items. The Agency is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger. 4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using another country's passport must personally consult the relevant consulates about the visa procedures applied by the country being visited; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any consequences. 5- To avoid issues with border police at the borders of the visited countries due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similar damaged passports, it is necessary to renew passports. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. 6- Guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or only with one parent may be asked by border police for a document indicating the common consent of both parents, so it is recommended that guests under the age of 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
