1. Day Istanbul – Dubai
Meet in front of the AJet Airlines counter at the International Departures Terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 18:00. After ticketing, baggage check, and boarding procedures, we depart on the scheduled flight VF221 of AJet Airlines to Sharjah Airport at 21:15.
2. Day Dubai
Arrive at Sharjah Airport at 03:40 local time. After baggage procedures, meet our guide waiting at the airport and transfer to Dubai city center. After a breakfast stop, we begin our city tour of Dubai’s icons and sights.
First, we will visit the summer palace of Dubai’s Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Emir of Dubai. During this, you can take photos with the peacocks accompanying us. Then, we will enjoy a scenic drive along Sheikh Zayed Road, one of Dubai’s busiest routes, named after the founding emir, offering panoramic views of Dubai’s world-famous skyscrapers and shopping malls. Next, at the Marina, we will have a photo break and see Dubai’s third largest and first completed Palm Jumeirah. Subsequently, along Jumeirah Beach Road, Dubai’s iconic seven-star hotel Burj Al Arab will be visible from a panoramic viewpoint. After a photo stop here, we will proceed to the historic Deira district, the old part of Dubai, and visit the Gold Souk for shopping. After the city tour, return to the hotel. Optional for guests, an evening tour including dinner at Madinat Jumeirah, Souk Madinat, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Fountain Show will be organized. Overnight at our hotel.

Our first visit during this tour will be Madinat Jumeirah, a resort built on 400 acres; a walled complex with a 2 km long beach, featuring 5-star hotels, 29 villas, 40 restaurants, and a large marketplace. Designed to resemble Venice, this traditional bazaar retains old architectural features and offers a wide variety of souvenirs.
Next, we will visit Burj Khalifa, known as the world’s tallest building at 828 meters, with over 160 floors, named after Sheikh Zayed. Then, we will visit Dubai’s largest shopping mall, Dubai Mall, housing over 1200 shops, offering electronics, souvenirs, and premium dates. During our time here, we can witness the famous Fountain show with water, lights, and music.
3. Day Dubai
After breakfast, free time. Guests can opt to join optional excursions such as Dubai Enclaves: Dubai Frame and Miracle Garden Tour. Dubai Frame is a striking architectural landmark connecting Dubai’s past and future, offering panoramic views of the city. Miracle Garden, home to 45 million flowers, is a colorful and enchanting garden for sightseeing. Guests may also join an optional dinner Dubai Desert Safari Tour, experiencing an exciting safari in the desert with 4x4 vehicles, visiting camel farms, watching the sunset, and ending the day with a traditional Bedouin camp dinner, traditional dances, and entertainment. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

We start our day by visiting the Dubai Frame, the world’s largest picture frame at 150 meters long and 100 meters wide, capturing Dubai’s modern and historic architecture from different perspectives. Then, we visit the Miracle Garden, featuring over 250 million plants and 50 million flowers, for perfect photo opportunities with free time for exploration.
Optional Tour: Dinner Desert Safari – $90 USD per person!
Starting from our hotel, luxury 4x4 vehicles will take us into the desert for an adventurous safari. You may see animals like camels, gazelles, or falcons. The highlight is watching the sunset over the dunes and capturing this magnificent view. Afterwards, we will enjoy dinner and entertainment at traditional Bedouin tents in the desert, with opportunities to get henna tattoos, dress in traditional attire for photos, and enjoy live performances and dancing around the campfire.
4. Day Dubai
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Guests may join optional excursions such as Lunch Abu Dhabi & Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque & Yas Island & Ferrari World Tour or the Evening Dinner Marina Dhow Cruise.

We begin with the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, the fourth largest in the world, clad in white marble. After visiting the mosque, we’ll continue with a panoramic tour of Abu Dhabi, seeing landmarks like the Etihad Towers, the luxurious Emirates Palace Hotel, and Heritage Village, showcasing the city’s desert heritage. After lunch, we’ll visit Ferrari World for photos and then return to Dubai. At the designated time, transfer to Sharjah Airport.
Optional Tour: Dinner Marina Dhow Cruise – $85 USD per person
In the evening, we will set sail on a luxury yacht for a Dhow Cruise along Dubai’s illuminated skyline, viewing landmarks such as the Marina Mall, Dubai Eye, Jumeirah Beach Residence, historic districts, wind towers, Dubai Gold Souk, and Spice Souk while enjoying a buffet dinner and traditional music.
5. Day Dubai
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and enjoy free time throughout the day. Guests can opt to join an optional Shopping Tour. After the tour, our guide will transfer us to the airport at the specified time.
Optional Tour: Full Day Shopping Tour – $75 USD per person
This is a perfect opportunity to finish your shopping before leaving Dubai! The tour includes visits to three shopping centers: Day2Day Mall, where you can find souvenirs; Mall of the Emirates, which features a ski slope and many shops; and Outlet Mall, offering discounted products. After shopping, we will visit Global Village, a vibrant marketplace with pavilions from various countries, selling gifts and food. At the end of a fun-filled evening, transfer to the airport at the scheduled time.
6. Day Dubai – Istanbul
Arriving at Sharjah Airport, we depart on AJet Airlines VF222 flight at 03:40 to Istanbul. We arrive at Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 08:00, and the tour concludes. We look forward to seeing you on our next trip!

GENERAL TERMS
1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
2- If sufficient participation for the trip is not provided, the Agency can cancel the tour up to 21 days prior to the departure date. In such a case, cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full amount of the tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; if the domestic flight connection purchased from the Agency is canceled by the Agency, it will also be refunded, while visa services, travel health insurance that have been used to apply for a visa on behalf of the guest cannot be refunded as these services are deemed used. If the guest has purchased a domestic flight connection from a different provider independent of the Agency, in the event of cancellation by the Agency, the guest cannot claim any refund from the Agency. The guest accepts in advance that the Agency cannot be held responsible for any financial or moral losses arising from the cancellation of the tour.
3- If sufficient participation is not provided for the trip, the Agency has the right to show goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the guiding service included in the package will only cover the international round-trip airport transfer.
Cancellation and Changes
4- In our tours, tickets for transportation are arranged at the time of booking. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date, the ticket fees for these flights, for which no rights to cancellation & changes and refunds exist, will be reflected as a penalty.
5- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty by notifying the Agency in writing up to 30 days prior to the tour departure date, except for the airline tickets that have been paid to the airline and/or committed to by the Agency. In case of less than 31 days remaining to the start date of the tour, the guest can cancel by paying a penalty fee of 50% of the tour fee from the remaining flight ticket price, and in case of 15 days or less remaining to the tour start date, the guest can cancel by paying the full amount as a penalty fee. If a cancellation is requested, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary based on the cancellation request time, so it is necessary to inquire about refunds in advance. The Agency cannot make any commitment regarding the cancellation or refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Optional Tours
6- The days and hours of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums and historical sites at the places to be visited, and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
7- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for the general introduction of the cities and are maximum 2-3 hours tours made with narration by the guide from the vehicle and do not include entrance fees for museums or historical sites. In the event that panoramic tours do not take place due to local authorities not allowing visits on those days and times, or road closures due to any events, or due to weather conditions making the tour impractical, the Agency cannot be held responsible for the non-fulfillment of these tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on-foot in locations where access is restricted.
8- Our guide may change the days of optional tours and/or city tours based on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the status of the museum and historical site openings. This applies as well to any changes that may occur in flight schedules.
9- Important considerations for tours that will be conducted by Speed Boats include that heavy meals should not be consumed immediately before boarding the boat and excessive water intake should be avoided. Guests with complaints about their stomach, back, neck, as well as pregnant guests must inform their guides about their conditions.
10- There is no refund for participation in services indicated in the prices if they are not utilized, such as tours or meal services.
About Flights
11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will apply.
12- There may be delays or changes in flight times on scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to inform passengers of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times when purchasing the trip.
13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
14- According to airline regulations, round-trip air tickets that are purchased will be canceled by the airline if the outbound flight is not used.
15- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in air tours are personal responsibilities and must be performed by the guest at the airports before the flight at the relevant airline counters or online on the airline’s website.
16- Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are announced verbally at airports and displayed on information panels in the area. This information should be followed personally by the guests.
17- The Agency is not responsible for the passengers who are not present at the specified airport according to airline regulations, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete these procedures on time but do not board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and necessary transfers for passengers missing the flight will be borne by the guests themselves.
18- The general baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country being traveled to. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage allowance may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency.
19- Guests wishing to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class) can have the upgrades processed depending on the availability of the airline (please check with the airline you are a member of) after the tickets have been issued. No guarantee is provided for upgrades for each flight. Check whether the tickets issued for the program are in an upgradeable class.
20- In some airlines, meal services and online check-in may be subject to additional charges.
Other Matters
21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellation actions made directly by the guest with the hotel. In such cases, the Agency’s cancellation conditions will apply.
22- When the tour program specifies hotel(s) only by category without mentioning the names, and/or options for the same destination are presented, the Agency will inform the guest 48 hours before the trip departure.
23- During special periods such as fairs, conferences, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used further away from the specified locations or kilometers. In this case, the Agency will inform at least 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
24- When registering for the purchased tour, the name that appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered/certified accurately in the system by the guest. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
25- To use mobile phones while abroad, please check with your service provider before leaving Turkey to ensure that your phone is set for international roaming.
26- The check-in time for accommodation is 15:00 and the check-out time is 12:00.
27- Requests regarding the room (high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be communicated to the hotel by the Agency. Care is taken to ensure that reserved rooms meet the guest's preferences according to the hotel’s availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
28- The breakfast offered at hotels differs from the rich traditional Turkish breakfast. It generally consists of limited options and is served as a continental breakfast, usually comprising butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for the group.
29- In some cases, accommodations may provide a double bed instead of twin beds. Most European hotels offer two beds that can be combined if needed.
30- The child and extra bed policies vary by each hotel and room types.
31- Any extra bed and baby cot requests are subject to availability at the hotel and must be approved by the hotel.
32- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is a maximum of 1.
33- In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application; the bed allocated for the 3rd person in these rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Extra beds may consist of folding and coach beds. Our guests acknowledge that they accept the potential cramped conditions and bed types due to extra beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or child reservations.
34- If the number of children accompanying adults during hotel reservations and their ages are incorrectly reported by our guests, the respective hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for children's age verification.
35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are valid only if the child is accompanied by two adults. Child discounts are applicable for the specific age group that corresponds to “one child” staying alongside two adults.
36- Currency exchange during the day is reflected in TL prices. The rates at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests, certain extra services you may receive at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) will be subject to extra charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the price at the time of purchase and are to be paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
37- Some countries may have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All types of city, tourism, or other taxes applied in this way will be collected by the hotel from the guest during check-in or check-out.
38- The travel distances provided in the programs are map-based. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road works, and conditions.
39- The Agency may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown as deemed necessary in unavoidable situations or for other valid reasons, without disrupting the content of the program.
40- Personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identities of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases of forgotten items being found, costs incurred to deliver the items to the country and/or the individual will be borne by the item owner.
41- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications or reports related to health problems with them.
42- For possible extra expenses, at check-in, the hotel may request an official identification document/photo ID and credit card or cash deposit issued by official institutions. The return of the deposit requested during check-out is an operation between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no involvement.
Visa and Passport
1- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of travel.
2- To have an entry-exit stamp at customs crossings/border gates, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport.
3- Being exempt from or having obtained a visa for entry into the countries on this tour does not guarantee entry/exit from the country, as the passport police have the authority to deny your entry/existence in the country. The responsibility in this case lies with the passenger.
4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or have dual citizenship and intend to participate in the tour using their other citizenship passport must personally inquire about the visa procedures applicable by the country to which they will travel; the Agency will not be responsible for the results of any failure to do so.
5- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited regarding torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports, passports should be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
6- Guests under the age of 18 should be aware that when traveling alone or with only one parent, customs officials may request a document showing the consent of both parents for entry/exiting the country; therefore, it is advisable for 18-year-old guests and their parents to pay attention to this matter.
