Guiding Services and Extra Tours

- The days and times of the tours indicated in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the status of the museums and historical sites to be visited (open/closed) and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.

- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted as panoramic tours with a maximum duration of 2-3 hours, excluding museum and historical site entrance fees. If the panoramic tours cannot be carried out due to local authorities not allowing entry, closure of roads due to any events, or impossibility caused by weather conditions, Wtatil is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours, including the other tours specified in the program. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot if vehicle entry is not permitted.

- Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or additional tours depending on the number of participants and the status of the museums and historical sites. This also applies to any changes that may occur in flight times.

- Important considerations for our tours conducted by Speed Boats include: not consuming heavy meals immediately before boarding and not drinking excessive amounts of water. Guests with complaints about stomach, back, neck, or those who are pregnant should inform their guides of their conditions.

- No refunds will be provided for services included in the prices if participation in tour or meal services is not provided.

About Flights

- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in potential disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will be applied.

- There may be delays or changes in the flight times for scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obliged to inform the guests of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times.

- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.

- According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight ticket purchased with a round trip is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.

- The check-in and boarding procedures that must be completed by those participating in flight tours are personal responsibilities and must be carried out by the guests at the airports before the flight, at the relevant airline counters, or online on the airline's websites.

- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights will be announced audibly at airports and shown on the information boards in the area. This information should be tracked personally by the guests.

- For participation in the tour, Wtatil cannot be held responsible for passengers who are not present at the indicated airport at the specified times according to airline regulations, who fail to check-in and board on time, or who check-in and board on time but do not board the aircraft. All expenses related to obtaining new flights and transfers needed for those who miss the flight will be borne by them.

- The general baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may change according to the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights within the destination country, this baggage weight may drop to 15 kg. Extra baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil.

- For our guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade processes can be carried out depending on the airline's availability after the tickets are issued (please check the airline to which you belong). The fulfillment of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in at the hotel and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil.

- The breakfast offered in hotels may differ from the rich breakfast customarily found in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served as a continental breakfast consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room designated for groups.

- In some cases, a double bed may be offered instead of a twin room. Most European hotels offer twinned rooms which can be combined if necessary.
