13- According to airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.

15- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at airports and shown on information boards in the area. This information must be followed by the guests themselves.

16- Wtatil is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times indicated in accordance with airline rules for participation in the tour, who do not carry out check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who carry out these procedures on time but fail to board the plane. Although care is taken to meet the preferences of guests regarding reserved rooms according to the hotel's availability, Wtatil cannot guarantee that these requests can be fulfilled.

27- The breakfast provided by hotels may differ from the rich breakfast that is customary in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served as a continental breakfast consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room designated for groups.

28- In some cases, a double bed may replace a twin bed room. Most European hotels offer twin rooms that can be combined if necessary.

Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are composed of pull-out and foldable beds known as coach beds. Our guests acknowledge that they accept the potential tightness in rooms due to extra beds and/or the bed types as a result of booking a triple room and/or reservations with children.

33- If the number of children and their ages staying with adults are incorrectly declared during hotel reservations, relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In this case, the responsibility lies with the guest who provided incorrect information. The hotel may request identification for age verification for children.

34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid when the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts apply only to the "single child" within the age group staying beside two adults.

44- For customs clearances/border crossings, there must be at least 2 blank pages in the passport for the entry-exit stamps.

45- Being exempt from visa requirements for entry to the countries on this tour does not mean that entry/exit can be accomplished; the passport police have the authority to refuse entry/someone from exiting the country, and Wtatil is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the traveler.

46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using another country’s passport must consult the relevant consulates directly regarding the visa procedures applied by the country they will travel to; otherwise, Wtatil will not be responsible for any resulting consequences.
