DAY 1                 ISTANBUL – BARI – NAPLES                                                                                                     

We meet with our valued guests in front of the Freebird Airlines counter at Istanbul Airport's International Departures Terminal 3 hours before the flight time. After baggage and ticket processing, we fly to Bari with a special flight of Freebird Airlines. Following our arrival, a panoramic city tour will take place. During our tour, landmarks to be visited include the Cathedral and St. Nicholas Basilica, Teatro Margarita, Petruzzelli Theater, and the Old Town. After the tour, we will transfer to Naples. Guests wishing to can participate in an optional tour to Matera (35 Euros) organized by our guide along the way. This tour will feature a visit to Matera, which is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, known for its cave-dwelling churches and houses. After the tour, we continue our journey to Naples. Following our arrival, a panoramic city tour of Naples will be held. The landmarks to be seen during this tour include Plebiscito Square, the Royal Palace built in the 17th century, Castel Nuovo (New Castle), the Basilica of San Francesco di Paola influenced by the San Pietro Square and Pantheon in Rome, the Galleria Umberto I with shops, the San Carlo Theater built in 1737 and recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage, and Naples Harbor. After the panoramic city tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.

 DAY 2          NAPLES – ROME                                                                                        

We start the day with breakfast at the hotel and then have free time. Guests wishing to can join the optional Pompeii Ancient City Tour (65 Euros) organized by our guide. The city of Pompeii was buried under 7 meters of ash due to the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in AD 79. We will have the opportunity to see the houses, palaces, and the preserved remains of people that emerged from the excavations conducted in this period. After the tour, we move towards Rome. Upon arrival, a panoramic city tour of Rome will take place. Included in our city tour are Castel Sant’Angelo, where Sultan Cem was imprisoned, Piazza Venezia where Mussolini addressed the public, the Vittorio Emanuele II monument, the Colosseum which hosted gladiator battles, the Trevi Fountain made famous by the movie "Roman Holiday", the Spanish Steps consisting of 135 steps, and the submerged ship fountain located within the Spanish Steps. Following the tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.

 DAY 3            ROME                                                                                                                        

After breakfast, we have free time. Guests wishing to can join an optional Outlet and Lakes Region (Castel Gandolfo & Nemi) & Vatican Tour (75 Euros) organized by our guide. After visiting the beautiful area where Popes spent their summers known for its natural beauty and the famous strawberry of Nemi, we move to St. Peter's Square, which is considered the center of Christianity. Upon arrival, there will be free time to explore St. Peter's Basilica and the Square. Guests wishing to can join our guide in an optional Rome Night Tour (35 Euros). Overnight stay at our hotel.

 DAY 4              ROME – FLORENCE                                                                                                 

We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Following this, we depart for Florence. Guests wishing to can join the optional Orvieto Tour (35 Euros) organized by our guide, which will include seeing the ancient city center and the Orvieto Duomo, a place significant in Italy’s art and history known for its extraordinary natural beauty. Afterward, we proceed to Florence. Upon arrival, we will have a panoramic city tour of Florence. In our tour, we will see the Arno River which divides Florence, the famous Ponte Vecchio bridge known for its jewelers, Palazzo Vecchio where the Medici family ruled Florence, Piazza Della Signoria which houses the famous statues Hercules and David, and the Santa Maria del Fiore Duomo renowned for having the third tallest dome in Italy along with its famous Baptistery entrance. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel in Montecatini. Overnight stay at our hotel.

DAY 5           FLORENCE                                                                                                       

After breakfast, we have free time. Guests wishing to can join an optional Tuscany Tour (100 Euros) organized by our guide. Our first stop will be Pisa, where we will see the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa and the nearby Miracle Square before heading to San Gimignano. In San Gimignano, where you will feel transported back to the Middle Ages, we will see the 13 towers built by rival noble families in the 12th and 13th centuries and the Cisterna Square. After the tour, we move to Siena. In Siena, where the neighborhood culture is prominently observed, there are a total of 17 neighborhoods. The Campo Square where the Palio horse races take place with the participation of these neighborhoods, the half-finished Siena Duomo, and the narrow streets will be included in our Siena city tour. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.

 DAY 6           FLORENCE – VENICE                                                                                              

We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. After that, we head towards Venice, but guests wishing to can join the optional Bologna Tour (35 Euros) organized by our guide. During this tour, we will see Piazza Maggiore (Main Square), considered the center of Bologna, the Neptune Fountain behind the square, the Old Stock Exchange building, the first university building in Europe, Quadrilatero (the old market), and the iconic Garisenda and Asinelli towers of Bologna. After the tour, we head to Venice. Upon arrival at Tronchetto square, a short boat ride will take us to St. Mark's Square, where a panoramic city tour will take place. In this tour, we will see the famous St. Mark's Square and Basilica, the Bridge of Sighs where prisoners had one last look at Venice, the Grand Canal with its Rialto Bridge, the Doge's Palace, the Bell and Clock Tower, and St. George Maggiore Church. After the city tour, guests wishing to can join the optional Gondola Tour (35 Euros) organized by our guide. Afterward, transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.

DAY 7           VENICE – MILAN                                                                                               

We start with breakfast at the hotel. Afterward, we head towards Milan; however, guests wishing to can join the optional Verona Tour (35 Euros) organized by our guide. In this tour, we will see the house of Juliet from the biggest love story in history, the Verona Arena, the uniquely architectured Scaliger Bridge, and the Verona Cathedral. Following this, we will continue our journey to Milan. Upon arrival, a panoramic city tour of Milan will be conducted. In this tour, we will see the Milan Cathedral, which took approximately 500 years to complete, the Fortress castle, and the famous Galleria Vittorio Emanuele housing the world's top fashion stores. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.

 DAY 8                 MILAN – ANCONA – ISTANBUL                                                             

After breakfast and checking out from the hotel (the checkout time is 07:00 AM), we will transfer to Ancona airport. After completing the baggage and check-in processes, we will depart for Istanbul with a special flight from Freebird Airlines. Arrival in Istanbul and the end of our tour.

GENERAL TERMS

1- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.

2- In case of insufficient participation for the trip, Wtatil can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the tour date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The entire tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; domestic flight connections purchased from Wtatil will also be refunded to the guest, if visa services have been used in the guest's name for visa applications, these services cannot be refunded since they have been utilized; if a visa application has not been made, the visa and travel health insurance will also be canceled and a refund will be made. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection from a different provider independent of Wtatil, they cannot request any refund from Wtatil in the event the trip is canceled by Wtatil. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour and cannot hold Wtatil responsible.

3- In case of insufficient participation for the trip, Wtatil has the right to show goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guiding service will only cover the international round-trip airport transfer.

Cancellation and Changes

4- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty by notifying Wtatil in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, except for flight tickets that have been purchased from the airline and/or committed by Wtatil. If there are less than 31 days before the trip start date, the guest can cancel by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee from the price of the airline ticket, and if canceled 15 days or less before the trip start date, can cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. In case of cancellation requests, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the time of cancellation request, so it is necessary to inquire about refund conditions in advance. Wtatil cannot make any commitment regarding refunds for additional services.

Guiding Services and Extra Tours

5- The days and times of the tours specified in the program can be changed by the guide due to the status of the museums and historical sites in the places to be visited (whether they are open or closed), and according to weather conditions. During the tours, different guides may accompany our guests.

6- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are done panoramically with a commentary from the guide from inside the vehicle, not including entrance to museums or historical sites, and are limited to a maximum of 2-3 hours. If the panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be held due to being denied entry by local authorities, closed roads due to any event, or if it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions, Wtatil shall not be held responsible for the cancellation of these tours. Some tours may be conducted where public transport or walking is possible due to closed roads or sites where vehicle entry is not permitted.

7- Our guide, depending on the content of our tours, can change the days of the city tour and/or additional tours based on the number of participants and whether the museum or historical site is closed. This also applies to any changes in flight times.

8- Precautions to be considered for tours that will be conducted with speed boats; no heavy meals should be eaten just before boarding the boat, and excessive drinking of water should be avoided. Guests with stomach, back, or neck ailments, as well as pregnant guests, need to inform their guides about their conditions.

9- There are no refunds for services included in the prices if guests do not participate in the specified tour or meal services.

About Flights

10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in the event of disputes, the related provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and Warsaw Convention, will apply.

11- There may be delays or changes in flight times for scheduled and special flights. Wtatil is obliged to inform these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of flight time change/cancellation.

12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.

13- According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight of round-trip airline tickets is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.

14- Check-in and boarding procedures for participants in tours with flights are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guest in advance at the airport, at the relevant airline counters, or online on the airline's website.

15- Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are announced vocally at the airports and shown on the information boards in the area. This information should be monitored by the guests themselves.

16- Wtatil is not responsible for any guests who are not present at the specified airport during the times reported in accordance with the airlines' rules for participation in the tour, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or do complete check-in and boarding but do not board the plane. All costs related to obtaining new round-trip plane tickets and transfers in the destination area for guests who miss their flights are their responsibility.

17- The general baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage weight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil.

18- For our guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade processes may be carried out based on the availability of the airline (check the airline you are a member of) after the tickets are issued. No guarantee for mileage upgrade can be provided for every flight. Please check if the tickets in the program are eligible for upgrading.

19- In some airlines, meal and online check-in services may be subject to additional fees.

Other Matters

20- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellation procedures made directly by the guest with the hotel. In this case, the cancellation conditions of Wtatil will be applicable.

21- In cases where only category information is provided and/or options are offered for the same destination without specifying the hotel name in the tour program, guests will be informed by Wtatil 48 hours before the trip departure.

22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified locations or distances. In such cases, Wtatil will provide information 15 days before the trip departure.

23- When registering for the purchased tour; the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport must be entered/declared correctly in the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Penalties resulting from incorrect information leading to airline ticket cancellations or changes will be charged to the guests.

24- To use mobile phones abroad, ensure prior to leaving Turkey that your phone is activated for international use by contacting your service provider.

25- The hotel check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00.

26- Requests regarding rooms (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by Wtatil. Efforts will be made to ensure that the reserved rooms are in line with the guest's preferences according to hotel availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil.

27- The breakfast offered by hotels may differ from the traditional rich Turkish breakfast. Generally, it is served as a continental breakfast consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee and may be served in a separate designated hall for groups.

28- In some cases, a double bed may be available instead of a twin bed. Most European hotels offer twin rooms that can be combined if necessary.

29- The child and extra bed policy may vary by each hotel, depending on room types.

30- Any extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and must be approved by the hotel based on availability.

31- The capacity for an extra bed or baby cot in the room is 1 (maximum).

32- In triple rooms, there is an application for an extra bed, and the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are either pull-out beds or coach beds. Guests declare that they accept the possible cramped conditions and bed types due to extra beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or family reservations.

33- If the number of adults and the number of children staying with them in hotel reservations or the ages of the children are incorrectly declared by the guests, related hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification of children.

34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts apply to “one child” that matches the age group staying with two adults.

35- Currency exchange rates during the day are reflected in the TL prices. The rates at the time of payment are applicable. Additional requests and some extra services you will receive at the hotel (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) will be subject to extra charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.

36- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local-level taxes. All such city, tourism, or other taxes currently applied will be collected from the guest by the hotel during entrance or exit.

37- The travel distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the visited country, road works, and conditions.

38- Wtatil may change the order of cities in the program according to its demands or as it sees fit, without altering the content of the program, and may change the main airline on which flights will be made.

39- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In case of forgotten items being found, costs incurred in delivering them to the country and/or the person belong to the item owner.

40- Participants in the tour are required to have their travel health insurance policies and related medications or prescriptions with them if they have any health issues.

41- For any additional expenses, the hotel may request an official photo ID/passport and a credit card or cash deposit at check-in, which will be refunded at check-out. This deposit refund is a transaction between the hotel and guest, and Wtatil has no intervention in this.

Visa and Passport

42- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens.

43- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of travel.

44- At customs crossings/border gates, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport to stamp the entry-exit stamp.

45- Being exempt from visa requirements for entry into the countries in this tour does not mean that entry/exit into the country will be granted; border police have the authority to deny you entry/existence in the country, and Wtatil is not responsible for this situation, responsibility lies with the passenger.

46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or those with dual citizenship using their other passport to participate in the tour must personally check with the respective consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the country they will be traveling to; otherwise, Wtatil will not be held responsible for any arising consequences.

47- Passports that are torn, worn out, wet, or damaged in any way should be renewed to avoid issues at the border police of the visited country. In the event of not renewing, the responsibility lies with the traveler.

48- Guests under 18 who are traveling alone or with only one parent should be aware that police officers may request a document showing the joint consent of both parents at border crossings; it is advised for minors and their parents to pay attention to this matter.
