This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times. 8- Important considerations for tours conducted by speedboats include not consuming heavy meals and not drinking excessive amounts of water just before boarding the boat. Those with stomach, back, and neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, need to inform their guide about their conditions. 9- There is no refund for services included in the prices if guests do not participate in the specified tours or meal services. About Flights 10- Wtatil is an intermediary agency between the airline and the passenger, and in case of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, along with the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will be applied. 11- Delays or flight time changes may occur on scheduled and charter flights. The passenger accepts the risk of changes/cancellations to the flight time when purchasing the tour. 12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee. 13- According to airline regulations, if the outbound flight of round-trip airline tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 14- The check-in and boarding procedures that need to be performed by those participating in flights are personal processes and must be completed by the guests at the airports before the flight, at the relevant airline counters, or online through the airline's websites. 15- Any last-minute delays and gate changes during flights will be announced verbally at the airports and displayed on the information boards on-site. This information must be followed by guests themselves. 16- Wtatil is not responsible for guests who are not present at the designated airport at the reported times in accordance with airline regulations for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete these procedures on time but do not board the plane. All costs related to obtaining new round-trip airline tickets necessary for participants who miss their flights to join the tour, as well as transfers in the destination area, etc., are the responsibility of the guests. 17- The general baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage allowance may drop to 15 kg for these domestic flights. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil. 18- For guests wishing to upgrade their tickets using miles (to business or first class); upgrade procedures can be performed depending on the availability of the airline (please check with the airline you are a member of) after the tickets are issued. In such cases, information will be provided by Wtatil 15 days prior to the departure date of the tour. 23- At the time of registering for the purchased tour; the guest's name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport must be entered/reported correctly in the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or changes of airline tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests. 24- To use your mobile phones abroad, check whether your phone is activated for international use and that the line is clear by contacting your service provider before departing from Turkey. 25- The check-in time for accommodation is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00. 26- Wtatil will communicate requests regarding the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) to the hotel. It is ensured that the rooms booked will align with guests' preferences according to the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil. 27- The breakfast offered at hotels differs from the rich breakfast traditionally served in Turkish cuisine. It is usually served as a continental breakfast with limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups. 28- In some cases, instead of a double bed room, a twin bed room may be provided. Many European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if necessary. 29- The children's and extra bed policies may vary depending on each hotel's room types. 30- Any extra bed and baby cot will be provided upon request and based on the hotel's availability, which needs to be confirmed by the hotel. 31- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is one (maximum). 32- In triple rooms, there is an extra bed implementation, and the bed assigned to the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Guests acknowledge that they accept the potential cramped conditions and bed types due to added extra beds in triple rooms and/or reservations with children. 33- If the number of adults and children staying in the hotel during hotel reservations is incorrectly declared by guests, the hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification for age verification for children. 34- In reservations with two adults + one child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child price applies only if the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts are valid only for “one child” within the age group staying alongside two adults. 35- Daily currency exchange rates are reflected in the TL prices. The rates applicable at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests and certain extra services you will receive at the hotel (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) may be subject to extra charges by the hotel. These costs are not included in the purchase price and will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 36- Some countries may have different applications for city, tourism, or local taxes. All such city, tourism, or other taxes applicable will be collected from the guest by the hotel during entry or exit. 37- The distance of routes provided in the programs is based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, roadworks, and other factors. 38- Wtatil may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown, without breaking the content of the program when deemed necessary or in mandatory situations. 39- Personal property, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not responsible for any forgotten/lost/stolen items. Otherwise, the passenger bears the responsibility. 48- Guests under 18 years of age traveling alone or with only one parent are advised to be prepared to show a document demonstrating mutually agreed consent from both parents due to the possibility of police officers requesting it at the borders during entry-exit.
