Some tours may involve public transportation or walking in places where vehicle access is not permitted or where roads are closed due to circumstances. 7- Our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or additional tours depending on the number of participants and the closure of museums and historical sites, and this situation applies to any changes that may occur with flight times. 8- Important considerations for tours conducted by Speed Boats include: no heavy meals or excessive water consumption right before boarding. Guests with stomach, back, neck conditions or pregnant guests must inform their guides of their conditions. 9- There are no refunds for services included in the price if participation in the specified tour or meal services is not provided. About Flights 10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish law, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will apply. 11- Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and private flights. Wtatil is obliged to notify the guests of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger agrees to the risk of flight time changes/cancellations when purchasing the tour. 12- Infants aged 0-2 only pay airport tax. 13- According to airline rules; if the outbound flight of a round-trip airline ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 14- The check-in and boarding procedures to be performed for those participating in flights are personal responsibilities and must be completed by guests at the airports before the flight, at the relevant airline counters, or online via the airline's websites. 15- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards in the area. This information must be followed by the guests themselves. 16- Wtatil is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport during the hours indicated in accordance with airline regulations, do not complete the check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete these procedures on time but do not board the aircraft. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip airline tickets, and transfers in the destination area for guests who miss their flights will be borne by them. 17- The general baggage allowance for outbound flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary based on the airline and the country of destination. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage allowance for those internal flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil. 18- For guests wishing to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade transactions may be conducted based on the availability of the airline (check the airline you are a member of). There is no guarantee of mileage for each flight. Check if the tickets for the program are in an upgradeable class. 19- Some airlines may charge extra for meal and online check-in services. Other Matters 20- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by guests communicating with the hotel. In this case, the cancellation policies of Wtatil will apply. 21- In cases where hotels are listed only by category information without specifying hotel names in the tour program, Wtatil will inform the guest 48 hours prior to the trip about the hotel(s). 22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than specified locations or kilometers. In such cases, Wtatil will provide information 15 days prior to the tour departure date. 23- When registering for the purchased tour, the guest must accurately enter the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for incorrect information leading to flight ticket cancellations or changes will be charged to the guests. 24- To use mobile phones abroad, check with the company your line belongs to before leaving Turkey to ensure that your phone is activated for international use. 25- The check-in time for accommodation is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00. 26- Wtatil will communicate room-related requests (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) to the hotel. It is aimed that the reserved rooms correspond to the guest's preferences according to the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil. 27- Breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast traditionally found in Turkish cuisine. Generally, it is served as a continental breakfast consisting of limited selections such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate room allocated for groups. 28- In some situations, a double bed may be provided instead of twin beds. Many European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if needed. 29- Child and extra bed policies may vary among hotels, depending on the room types. 30- Any extra bed and baby cot are provided upon request and based on the hotel's availability, and must be approved by the hotel. 31- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is 1 (maximum). 32- In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application, and the bed allocated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of either pull-up/foldable beds or coach beds. Our guests acknowledge that they accept the potential tightness and type of beds due to the extra beds to be added in triple room and/or child-inclusive reservations. 33- If the number of children and their ages staying with adults are incorrectly declared by the guests in hotel reservations, the relevant hotels may charge extra fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification for age verification of children. 34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed available for the child. Child prices are only applicable if the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts are valid for “one child” who meets the age group while staying with two adults. 35- Daily currency exchange rates reflect on TL prices. The rates in effect at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests and some extra services (minibar, ironing, etc.) offered at the hotel may be subject to additional charges. These costs are not included in the payment at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 36- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any such city, tourism, or other taxes applied are collected from the guest by the hotel during entry or exit. 37- The distances provided in the programs are map-based. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions. 38- Wtatil may change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be flown, without altering the content of the program, in compulsory situations or as deemed necessary. 39- Passengers participating in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identities, and Wtatil is not responsible for lost/forgotten/stolen items. In case forgotten items are found, the costs incurred for delivering them to the country and/or the person will be borne by the item owner. 40- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications or reports related to health issues with them. 41- For possible extra charges, a photo ID/passport issued by official authorities and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested upon check-in by the hotel. The return of the deposit requested upon check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest and Wtatil has no intervention in this. Visa and Passport 42- There is no visa requirement for T.C. citizens. 43- Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the end date of travel. 44- To enable entry and exit stamps to be placed on your passport at customs crossings/borders, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport. 45- Being exempt from a visa for entering the countries on this tour does not mean that you will be allowed to enter/exit the country; the passport police have the authority to refuse entry/exiting, and Wtatil is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger. 46- Non-Turkish citizens or passengers with dual citizenship, traveling with other country passports to participate in the tour, must inquire directly with relevant embassies about the visa procedures of the country they will be traveling to; otherwise, Wtatil will not be responsible for any resulting consequences. 47- To avoid issues at the border with customs police due to damaged, torn, or wet passports, passports need to be renewed. Responsibility lies with the passenger in the absence of this condition. 48- For guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent, it is advisable for the accompanying parents to be sensitive to the possibility of customs police requesting a document showing joint consent from both parents during country entries and exits.
