DAY 1                ISTANBUL – BERGAMO – MILAN

We meet in front of the Pegasus Airlines counter at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal. After baggage and ticket procedures, we will fly with Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight. After our arrival, we move with our private bus, waiting for us at the airport, for a panoramic city tour of Milan. During our tour, we will see places including the Duomo of Milan, Italy's largest second church, which took approximately 500 years to complete, Fortezza castle, and the Vittorio Emmanuele Gallery, which hosts the world's most famous fashion stores. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.

DAY 2                MILAN – VENICE

After having breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Venice. Guests who wish can join the Verona Tour (35€ per person) arranged by our guide as an extra along the route. In our Verona tour, we will visit the house of Romeo & Juliet, the Verona Arena, the Scaliger Bridge with its unique architecture, and the Cathedral of Verona. After our tour, we move on to Venice. After arriving at Tronchetto square, we will take a short vaporetto ride to St. Mark's Square and then embark on a panoramic city tour of Venice. In our city tour, we will see famous landmarks such as St. Mark's Square and Basilica, the Bridge of Sighs, the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge on it, the Doge's Palace, the Bell and Clock Towers, and the Church of San Giorgio Maggiore. After the city tour, guests who wish can take part in the optional activity organized by our guide, a symbolic Gondola Tour of Venice (30€ per person). After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel. DAY 3                VENICE – FLORENCE

After having breakfast at the hotel, we set off for Florence. Guests who wish can join the Bologna Tour (30€ per person) arranged by our guide as an extra along the route. During our Bologna city tour, we will visit Piazza Maggiore (the Great Square), considered the center of Bologna, the Neptune Fountain located right behind the Square, the Old Stock Exchange Building, the first university building in Europe, Quadrilatero (the old market), and the Garisenda and Asinelli Towers, which have become symbols of Bologna. After our tour, we will move on to Florence. After arriving, we will embark on a panoramic city tour of Florence. During our tour, we will see the Arno River dividing Florence, the Ponte Vecchio, famous for its jewelers, the Palazzo Vecchio, where the Medici family ruled Florence, the Piazza Della Signoria, which houses the statues of Hercules and David, two masterpieces of the Renaissance, and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, which has Italy's third highest dome and the famous Baptistery. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel in Montecatini. Accommodation at our hotel.

DAY 4                FLORENCE

Guests who wish can join the extra Tuscany Tour (100 Euros) arranged by our guide. On our tour's first stop in Pisa, we will see the Leaning Tower of Pisa, which has become a symbol of Italy, and the nearby Miracoli Square before heading to San Gimignano. In San Gimignano, where you will feel as if you are in the Middle Ages, we will see the 13 towers built by rival noble families in the 12th and 13th centuries and the Cisterno Square. After the tour, we will head to Siena. In Siena, where the neighborhood culture is dominant, there are a total of 17 neighborhoods. The Campo Square, where the Palio horse races are held with the participation of neighborhoods, the incompletely built Siena Cathedral, and the narrow streets of the city will be visited during our Siena city tour. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.

DAY 5                FLORENCE – ROME     

After having breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Rome. Guests who wish can have the opportunity to join the Orvieto Tour (30€ per person) arranged by our guide as an extra along the route. After seeing the ancient city center and Orvieto Cathedral in Orvieto, which has an important place in Italy's art and general history and extraordinary natural beauty, we will set off for Rome. After our arrival, we will embark on a panoramic city tour of Rome. During the city tour, we will see Castel Sant'Angelo, where Cem Sultan was imprisoned, Piazza Venezia, where Mussolini addressed the public, the II. Vittorio Emmauele monument, the Colosseum, which hosted gladiator battles, the Trevi Fountain, famous from the film "La Dolce Vita," and the Spanish Steps, consisting of 135 steps and the Immaculate Conception Fountain located there. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.

DAY 6                ROME

After having breakfast at the hotel, there will be free time. Guests who wish can join the extra Outlet & Lakes Region & Vatican Tour (70€ per person) arranged by our guide. After visiting the beautiful area where the Popes lived during the summer and the village of Nemi, famous for its wild strawberries, we will have free time for shopping in the Castel Romano Outlet, one of Italy's most famous shopping centers. Next, we will head to St. Peter's Square, considered the center of Christianity. After our arrival, there will be free time to visit the Basilica and Square. Guests who wish can participate in the extra Rome by Night Tour (30€ per person) arranged by our guide. Accommodation at our hotel.

DAY 7                ROME   

After having breakfast at the hotel, there will be free time. Guests who wish can join the extra Naples & Pompeii Tour (95€ per person) arranged by our guide. Our first stop will be Pompeii, which was buried under 18 meters of soil following the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD. We will have the opportunity to see the houses, palaces, and petrified humans that emerged after excavations carried out from that date. After visiting the outdoor museum in Pompeii, we will head to Naples. After our arrival, we will embark on a panoramic city tour of Naples. During the tour, we will visit Piazza Plebiscito, the central square of Naples, the Royal Palace built in the 17th century, Castel Nuovo (New Castle), the Basilica of San Francesco di Paola, which was inspired by St. Peter's Square and the Pantheon in Rome, the Galleria Umberto I, which houses shops, the San Carlo Theater, built in 1737 and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the Port of Naples. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.

DAY 8                ROME – ISTANBUL   

After having breakfast at the hotel, we transfer to Rome Airport depending on our flight time. After completing the baggage and check-in procedures, we will depart for Istanbul with the scheduled flight of Pegasus Airlines. With our arrival, our tour and services conclude.

Need to Know
GENERAL TERMS 1- The General Terms are an inseparable part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program. 2- In case of insufficient participation for the trip; Wtatil can cancel the tour up to 21 days prior to the trip date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full amount of the tour price will be refunded to the guest. Regarding additional services purchased outside the tour; domestic flight connections purchased from Wtatil will also be refunded to the guest, if the visa service is used for the visa application made on behalf of the guest using travel health insurance it cannot be refunded as these services are considered used, if a visa application has not been made, the visa and travel health insurance will be canceled and the fee refunded. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection from a different product provider independent of Wtatil, in the event of the trip being canceled by Wtatil, the guest cannot claim any refund from Wtatil. Any material and moral losses arising from the cancellation of the tour are accepted in advance by the guest when purchasing the tour, and Wtatil cannot be held responsible. 3- In case of insufficient participation for the trip, Wtatil has the right to show good will and not cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be individually provided for the guest, the included guiding service will only cover the foreign departure-return transfers. Cancellation and Change 4- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty by notifying Wtatil in writing until 30 days before the trip date, except for airline tickets for which payment has been made and/or commitments have been made by Wtatil. In case of less than 31 days remaining until the start date of the trip, the guest can cancel by paying a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee of the flight ticket, and in case of 15 days or less remaining until the start date of the trip, can cancel by paying the full penalty fee of the tour price. In the case of a cancellation request, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa service, and travel health insurance may vary according to the time of cancellation request, so it is necessary to inquire in advance about the refund details. Wtatil cannot make any commitments regarding the refund of additional services. Guiding Services and Extra Tours 5- The days and times of the tours specified in the program can be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of the museums and historical sites at the visited locations and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours. 6- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted as a general introduction to the cities and conducted from the vehicle with briefing by the guide, not including entrance to museums or historical sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, will not be conducted if local authorities do not grant permission to visit, roads are closed due to any event, or if it becomes impossible to carry out the tour due to weather conditions, in which case Wtatil cannot be held responsible for not being able to conduct the mentioned tours. Some tours may be carried out on public transport or on foot where access is restricted due to closed roads or vehicle entry restrictions. 7- Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closure status of the museum and historical site. This applies to any changes that may occur in flight times as well. 8- Regarding the tours to be carried out with Speed Boats, attention should be paid to the following; heavy meals should not be eaten just before boarding the boat and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed. Guests with complaints related to the stomach, back, neck, and pregnant guests should inform their guides of their conditions. 9- There is no refund for services included in the price if participation in the tour or meal services specified is not provided. About Flights 10- Wtatil is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will apply. 11- Delays or schedule changes may occur on scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obliged to inform the guests of these changes as soon as possible. The guest accepted the risk of flight time changes/cancellations when purchasing the trip. 12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee. 13- According to the regulations of airlines; if the outbound flight of return tickets purchased for round-trip is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 14- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in tours with flights are personal matters and must be carried out by the guests in advance at airports, at the relevant airline counters, or online through the airline’s websites. 15- Any last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at the airports and shown on the information boards. This information should be monitored by the guests themselves. 16- Wtatil cannot be held responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times communicated by the airline as per the airline rules for participation in the tour, do not carry out check-in and boarding procedures on time, or perform check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip flight tickets, transfers in the destination area, etc. for guests who miss the flight are their responsibility. 17- The general baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the country of destination. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage weight may decrease to 15 kg. Extra baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil. 18- For guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles (to business or first class); upgrade procedures can be carried out based on the availability of the airline (check the airline you are a member of) after the tickets have been issued. No mileage guarantee is given for each flight. Please check whether the program tickets are in an upgradeable class. 19- In some airlines, food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to additional charges. Other Matters 20- Wtatil will not accept any responsibility for any changes or cancellation processes made by the guest directly in contact with the hotel. In such cases, the cancellation conditions of Wtatil will apply. 21- In cases where the hotel(s) are indicated only by category information without specifying names in the tour program and/or when presented with optional accommodations for the same destination, Wtatil will inform the guest 48 hours prior to the trip date. 22- In special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be located farther than the indicated locations or km. In such a case, Wtatil will provide information 15 days prior to the trip date. 23- During the registration for the purchased tour; it is required for the guest to correctly enter/declare the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in their passport into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Any penalty for cancellation or changes of flight tickets resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests. 24- To use mobile phones abroad, please check with your service provider before leaving Turkey to ensure that your phone is open for international use. 25- The check-in time for accommodation at the hotel is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00. 26- Requests regarding the room (high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be communicated to the hotel by Wtatil. Efforts will be made to meet the reserved rooms according to the preferences of the guest, depending on the availability of the hotel. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil. 27- Breakfast provided in hotels may differ from the rich breakfast commonly found in Turkish cuisine. Generally, it is offered as a continental breakfast consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate room assigned to the group. 28- In some cases, double rooms may have twin beds instead of a double bed. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be pushed together if necessary. 29- The child and extra bed policy may vary by hotel, depending on room types. 30- Any type of extra bed and baby cot is provided upon request and subject to the hotel's availability, requiring the hotel’s approval. 31- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is 1 unit (maximum). 32- In triple rooms there is an application for an extra bed; the bed allocated to the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds in these rooms consist of folding and coach beds. Our guests accept that there might be congestion in the rooms due to extra beds added to standard rooms for triple rooms and/or reservations with children. 33- If the number of children and their ages accompanying the adults in hotel reservations is incorrectly declared by our guests, the respective hotels may charge additional fees. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to verify the ages of children. 34- In reservations of 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts apply only for “one child” who meets the age group while staying with two adults. 35- Daily currency exchange rates will be reflected in the TL prices. The rates valid at the time of payment will apply. Additional requests and some extra services provided at the hotel (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) may be subject to additional charges set by the hotel, and these expenses are not included in the price at the time of purchase and should be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 36- Some countries may have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes being levied will be collected from the guest by the hotel upon entry or exit. 37- The distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country being visited, road works, and conditions. 38- Wtatil reserves the right to change the order of cities in the program without altering the content of the program and the main airline to be flown for necessary situations or as deemed necessary. 39- Personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identifications of the participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and Wtatil cannot be held responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In case forgotten items are found, the costs incurred for delivering them to the country and/or person are the responsibility of the item owner. 40- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports related to health issues with them. 41- For any possible additional expenses, at the hotel check-in, official identification with photo issued by official institutions and credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel. The return of the deposit requested during check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest and Wtatil has no intervention in it. Visa and Passport 42- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens. 43- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. 44- To ensure that an entry-exit stamp can be applied to your passport at customs crossings/border checkpoints, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport. 45- Being exempt from a visa requirement for entry into the countries included in this tour does not mean that entry/exit will be allowed; the passport police have the authority to prevent you from entering/exiting the country, and Wtatil cannot be held responsible for this, the responsibility lies with the passenger. 46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or those who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using their other passport must consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the country they will travel to; otherwise, Wtatil will not be responsible for any resulting consequences. 47- To avoid problems with customs police at the border checkpoint of the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; it is necessary to renew the passports. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. 48- Under 18 minors traveling alone or only with one parent may be asked for a document showing the consent of both parents when entering and exiting the country; it is advisable for minors under 18 and their parents to be sensitive about this matter.
