Day 1: ISTANBUL – IPSALA

Meeting Points:

23:00 In front of the Kadıköy Marriage Office Parking Lot

23:30 Next to the Ziraat Bank in Mecidiyeköy

00:45 In front of Silivri Vega Shopping Mall

02:00 Tekirdağ Namık Kemal Rest Facilities (As we will return via Edirne on the way back, passengers may be dropped off not in Tekirdağ but at Çorlu Aramgah Rest Facilities or at suitable points on the Edirne-Istanbul highway)

After meeting our guests at the departure points specified in the tour program, we reach the Ipsala Land Border Gate by taking the necessary breaks along the Tekirdağ – Malkara – Keşan – Ipsala route. After completing our exit procedures here, we cross the Meriç River and arrive at the Greek Kipi Land Border Gate. Following the passport and customs procedures here, we enter Greece.

Day 2: IPSALA – KAVALA - THESSALONIKI

After entering Greece, we take a breakfast break along the way. Following the break, we depart for Kavala. Upon arriving in Kavala, we begin our panoramic city tour. The first place we will see on our way to the old town is the Church of St. Nicholas. The mosque, built by Suleiman the Magnificent for İbrahim Pasha in 1530, was converted into a bell tower by shortening its minaret in 1926 and then turned into a church, with Christian mosaics added to its front. Other historical places we will see on our tour include Kavala Castle, the house of Muhammad Ali Pasha of Egypt, the imaret, now used as a hotel, the aqueduct, and the old town inside the castle. After our panoramic Kavala city tour, we set off for Thessaloniki. Upon arriving in Thessaloniki, we visit the Church of Agios Dimitrios, the largest church in Thessaloniki, and Atatürk’s house. We then take our panoramic city tour. We see the waterfront, White Tower, Tower of the Chain, Fairgrounds, statue of Alexander the Great, Seven Towers, the Arch of Galerius (Kamara) dating from the Roman period, Rotunda, Bey Hamam, and Hamza Bey Mosque panoramically. After the free time, we depart for our hotel. Upon arriving at the hotel, we complete our check-in procedures. In the evening, guests who wish may join the Greek Tavern tour to be organized as an optional extra (Tavern Tour: €55). Guests who do not wish to join the tavern can reach the city center by bus (Transfer fee: €10). After our tavern tour, we return to the hotel and stay overnight at our hotel in Thessaloniki.

Day 3: THESSALONIKI - SOFIA

After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we depart for Sofia. Along the route, guests who wish may join the Rila Monastery tour (€25). Built in the 10th century, Rila Monastery is the largest monastery in Bulgaria and is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. After visiting the monastery, we depart for Sofia. Upon arrival, we begin our city tour. The places to be seen include St. Nedelya Church, Rotunda Church, Russian Church, Saint Sofia Church, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the Prime Ministry and Parliament buildings, Sofia University, the National Palace of Culture, and the Banya Bashi Mosque, designed by Mimar Sinan. After the tour, we proceed to our hotel. In the evening, guests who wish may join the Bulgarian Night tour with dinner (€55). Guests who do not wish to join our Bulgarian Night tour can reach the city center by bus (Transfer fee: €10). Overnight at our hotel in Sofia.

Day 4: SOFIA – PLOVDIV - ISTANBUL

After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we depart for Plovdiv, the second-largest city in Bulgaria. First, we give free time for shopping at Jumbo and Lidl. We then proceed to central Plovdiv and begin our city tour. Batenberg Street, Ottoman houses, the amphitheater, the ancient stadium, Dzhumaya Mosque, and Dzhumaya Square are among the places to be seen. After the city tour and free time, we depart for the Kapıkule Border Gate. Upon arrival, we complete our passport and customs procedures and depart for Istanbul after shopping at the duty-free shop. Upon arriving in Istanbul, we drop off our guests at the points listed in the tour program (along the return route) and conclude our tour. We hope to meet you at our next events…
