In such a case, cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full amount of the tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; any domestic flight connection purchased from Wtatil will also be refunded to the guest. However, for visa services, if a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest using travel health insurance, these services cannot be refunded as they are considered used; if no visa application has been made, refund of fees will be provided for the visa and travel health insurance upon cancellation. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection from a different service provider independent of Wtatil, the guest cannot request any fee refund from Wtatil in case the trip is canceled by Wtatil. The guest accepts in advance any financial and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour when purchasing the tour, and Wtatil cannot be held responsible. 3- In case sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, Wtatil has the right to show goodwill and not cancel the tour. In this case, the provision of the tour for the guest individually will mean that the included guidance service will only cover the airport transfers for the international round trip. Cancellation and Modification 4- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty, provided they notify Wtatil in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure date, except for the airline tickets for which payment has been made and/or guaranteed by Wtatil. In the case of remaining 31 days or less until the start date of the trip, cancellation can be made by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee from the airfare; should the cancellation be made 15 days or less before the trip start date, the entire tour fee must be paid as a penalty. In case of a cancellation request, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary according to the requested cancellation period, so prior information must be inquired regarding their refund. Wtatil cannot guarantee any commitments for the refund of additional services. Guiding Services and Extra Tours 5- The days and times of the tours stated in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during the tours. 6- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted as a panoramic overview with guidance from inside the vehicle, without including entrances to museums or historical sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits due to closed sites or closed roads for any event, or if the tour is rendered impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may take place by public transport or on foot in locations where vehicle entry is not allowed. 7- Our guide, depending on the content of our tours, reserves the right to change the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on participant numbers and the closure status of museums and historical sites. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times. 8- Important considerations for the tours conducted with Speed Boats include: heavy meals should not be consumed just before boarding, and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, or pregnant guests are required to inform their guides of their conditions. 9- There is no refund for the services included in the prices if the guest does not participate in the tours or meal services indicated. About Flights 10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, shall apply. 11- There may be delays or changes in flight times for scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obligated to inform these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of changes/cancellation of flight times when purchasing the trip. 12- Children between the ages of 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee. 13- According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline. 14- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in flights are personal processes and must be conducted by the guest at airports, from the airline counters, or online via the airline company’s websites prior to the flight. 15- Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are announced audibly at the airports and displayed on information panels. Such information should be followed up by the guests themselves. 16- Wtatil is not responsible for guests who are not present at the designated airport during the hours indicated according to airline regulations required for participation in the tour, who fail to perform check-in and boarding procedures on time, or for those who complete these processes but do not board the plane. Guests who miss the flight are responsible for all expenses incurred in obtaining new round-trip tickets and necessary transfers in the destination region. 17- The general baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights within the destination country, the baggage weight may drop to 15 kg for those domestic flights. Excess baggage weight/fee rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil. 18- For guests wishing to upgrade their tickets using miles (to business or first class); upgrade procedures can be carried out depending on the availability of the airline (please check the airline to which you are a member). No guarantee is given for mile eligibility for each flight. Please check if the program tickets are upgradeable. 19- Some airlines may charge extra for food and drink services and online check-in. Other Matters 20- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest with the hotel. In this case, Wtatil's cancellation conditions will be valid. 21- In tours where hotels are indicated only by category information without specifying hotel names and/or options are offered for the same destination, Wtatil will inform the guest 48 hours prior to the trip departure. 22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the indicated locations or kilometers. In this case, Wtatil will provide information 15 days prior to the departure date of the tour. 23- During the registration for the purchased tour; the guest must correctly enter/declare the name as it appears in the passport, birth date, and passport number in the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties arising from incorrect information resulting in the cancellation or modification of flight tickets will be charged to the guests. 24- To use mobile phones abroad, please check before leaving Turkey if your phone is enabled for international use by contacting the carrier company. 25- The check-in time for accommodation is 15:00, and the checkout time is 12:00. 26- Requests regarding rooms (high floor, close to communal areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by Wtatil. Efforts will be made to ensure that the reserved rooms correspond to the guest's preferences based on the hotel’s availability. The fulfillment of these requests is subject to availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil. 27- Breakfasts served at hotels differ from the rich breakfast typically found in Turkish cuisine. Generally, they are served as limited options consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate hall assigned for groups. 28- In some cases, a double bed may be replaced by two single beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with 2 beds that can be combined if necessary. 29- Child and extra bed policies may vary depending on the hotel and room types. 30- All additional beds and baby cots are provided upon request and subject to the hotel's availability, and they require the hotel's approval. 31- The capacity for additional beds or baby cots in the room is 1 (maximum). 32- In triple rooms, there is an application for an extra bed; the bed allocated for the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 additional bed. Guests in triple rooms and/or reservations with children accept that they have agreed to the potential tightness and bed type due to the extra beds added to the standard room. 33- In hotel reservations, if the number of children staying with adults and their ages is inaccurately declared by our guests, hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request ID to verify the age of the children. 34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices apply only if the child stays alongside two adults. Child discounts apply to only one "single child" that corresponds to the age group of children staying with two adults. 35- Daily currency exchange rates are reflected in the prices in TL. The rates valid at the time of payment are applicable. Additional requests or extra services (minibar, ironing, etc.) provided by the hotel are subject to extra charges. These expenses are not included in the total cost at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 36- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local level taxes. All such city, tourism, or other taxes imposed will be collected from the guest by the hotel during entry or exit. 37- The travel distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the visited country, road construction, and other situations. 38- Wtatil may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program in case of mandatory situations or as deemed necessary. 39- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of participants in the tours are under their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not responsible for any forgotten/lost/stolen items. Costs incurred when delivering forgotten items to the country and/or the person are borne by the item owner. 40- Participants in the tour are required to have their travel health insurance policies and any health issues along with their medications and reports with them. 41- For possible extra expenses, at check-in, the hotel may request a deposit in cash or by credit card, along with a photo ID/passport issued by official authorities. The return of the requested deposit at the time of check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil does not intervene in this. Visa and Passport 42- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens. 43- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel completion. 44- To have an entry-exit stamp in your passport at customs crossings/border gates, you must have at least 2 blank pages in your passport. 45- The exemption from visa requirements for entry into the countries on this tour does not guarantee entry/exit; the immigration officer has the authority to deny you entry into or exit from the country, and Wtatil is not responsible for this; the responsibility lies with the passenger. 46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who hold dual citizenship and plan to participate in the tour using their non-Turkish passport must personally check the visa procedures applicable to their passport with the relevant consulates; Wtatil will not be responsible for any consequences otherwise. 47- To avoid problems at the customs gate due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports when visiting the country, passports should be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. 48- Guests under 18 years old who travel alone or only with one parent may be asked by the police officer to provide a document showing both parents' consent during country entry-exit procedures; therefore, it is recommended that guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive to this matter.
