DAY 1                ISTANBUL – MILAN

We meet at the Turkish Airlines check-in counter in the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Airport. After baggage and ticket procedures, we take a flight with Turkish Airlines. Following our arrival, we move to the city of Milan with our private bus waiting at the airport. Upon arrival, we start our panoramic tour of Milan. Our tour includes highlights such as the Duomo of Milan, Italy's second-largest cathedral which took approximately 500 years to complete, the Fortress Castle, and the famous Vittorio Emmanuele Gallery, home to the world's most famous fashion stores. After the tour, we transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.

DAY 2                MILAN – VENICE

After breakfast, we head to Venice. Guests who wish can join our guide's extra Verona & Garda Lake Tour (50€ per person). Our tour will visit the house of Romeo and Juliet, the Verona Arena, the uniquely designed Scaliger Bridge, and the Verona Cathedral, famous for its romantic lore. After our tour in Verona, we will visit Garda Lake, one of the most beautiful lakes in Northern Italy. We then continue our journey to Venice. Upon arrival, we will have a panoramic city tour of Venice. Highlights will include St. Mark’s Square and Basilica, the Bridge of Sighs where prisoners viewed Venice one last time, the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge, the Ducal Palace, the Bell Tower, and the Church of Giorgio Maggiore. After the city tour, guests can join the optional Gondola Tour (35€ per person) that symbolizes Venice. Transfer to the hotel after the tour. Overnight stay at our hotel. 

DAY 3                MILAN – FLORENCE

After breakfast, we head to Florence. Guests wishing to join can participate in our guide’s extra Bologna Tour (30€ per person). On our Bologna city tour, we will visit the Piazza Maggiore, considered the heart of Bologna, the Fountain of Neptune, the Old Stock Exchange, Europe’s first university building, Quadrilatero (the old market), and the Garisenda and Asinelli towers which are symbols of Bologna. After the tour, we continue our journey to Florence. Upon arrival, we will have a panoramic city tour of Florence. The tour includes the Arno River that divides Florence, the Ponte Vecchio famous for its jewelers, Palazzo Vecchio, where the Medici family ruled Florence, the Piazza Della Signoria, which hosts the statues of Hercules and David, and the Florence Cathedral, Santa Maria del Fiore, known for its third tallest dome in Italy, and the famous Baptistery with its door. After the tour, transfer to our hotel located in Montecatini. Overnight stay at our hotel.

DAY 4                FLORENCE        

After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish can participate in our guide's extra Tuscany Tour (100€ per person). Our first stop will be Pisa, where we will see the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa, a symbol of Italy, and the Miracoli Square. Then we proceed to San Gimignano, where you will feel like you are in the Middle Ages, visiting the 13 towers built by rival noble families in the 12th and 13th centuries, as well as the cistern square. After the tour, we move on to Siena. In Siena, which prominently features neighborhood culture, there are a total of 17 neighborhoods. We will visit the Campo Square, where the Palio horse races, held by the neighborhoods, take place, the unfinished Siena Cathedral, and the narrow streets of Siena. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.

DAY 5                FLORENCE – ROME      

After breakfast at the hotel, we head to Rome. Guests wishing can join our guide’s extra Orvieto Tour (30€ per person) on the way. Orvieto, known for its significant place in Italian art and history as well as its extraordinary natural beauty, will be visited, including the ancient city center and the Orvieto Cathedral. Afterward, we continue our journey to Rome. Upon arrival, we will take a panoramic city tour of Rome. During the city tour, we will see Castel Sant’Angelo where Cem Sultan was imprisoned, the Venice Square where Mussolini addressed the people, the Monument to Vittorio Emanuele II, the Colosseum, hosting gladiatorial combats, the Trevi Fountain famous from the movie "La Dolce Vita", the Spanish Steps with its 135 steps, and the Spanish Steps fountain. Transfer to the hotel after the tour. Overnight stay at our hotel.

DAY 6                ROME

After breakfast at the hotel, guests wishing can join our guide's extra Outlet & Lakes Region & Vatican Tour (70€ per person). After visiting the natural beauty areas where the Popes lived during summertime, we will have free time to shop in the well-known Castel Romano Outlet, famous for its strawberries. Following this, we will move to St. Peter’s Square, considered the center of Christianity. After our arrival, free time will be available for the Basilica and Square visit. Guests wishing can join our guide's extra Rome by Night Tour (30€ per person). Overnight stay at our hotel.

DAY 7                ROME – NAPLES

After breakfast, we head to Naples. Upon arrival, we will take a panoramic city tour of Naples. During our tour, we will see the Piazza Plebiscito, the Royal Palace built in the 17th century, Castel Nuovo (New Castle), the Basilica of San Francesco di Paola inspired by St. Peter's Square and the Pantheon in Rome, the Galleria Umberto I filled with shops, the San Carlo Theatre built in 1737 and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, and Naples Harbor. After the panoramic city tour, guests wishing can join our guide's extra Pompeii Ancient City Tour (55€). The city of Pompeii was buried under 7 meters of ash and pumice stones due to the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in AD 79. After the excavations carried out here, we will have the opportunity to see the houses, palaces, and petrified people. Transfer to the hotel afterward. Overnight stay at our hotel.

DAY 8                NAPLES – ISTANBUL

After breakfast, free time until the hour determined by the guide. Guests wishing can join our guide’s extra Sorrento Tour (35€ per person). During our visit to Sorrento, one of Italy's most romantic cities, you will be captivated by its green streets and flower-filled squares. After the tour, we transfer to Naples Airport. After completing our baggage and check-in procedures, we depart for Istanbul with a flight by Turkish Airlines. With our arrival, our tour and services end.

Need to Know
GENERAL TERMS 1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program. 2- In case sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved; Wtatil may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the travel date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full amount of the tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; the domestic flight connections purchased from Wtatil will also be refunded to the guest, if visa services have been utilized for visa applications made on behalf of the guest using travel health insurance, these services cannot be refunded since they have been used. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection from a different provider independent of Wtatil, in the case of the cancellation of the trip by Wtatil, the guest cannot request any refund from Wtatil. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour when purchasing the tour; Wtatil cannot be held responsible. 3- In case sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, Wtatil has the right to show goodwill and not cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guiding service will only cover the airport transfers for the international arrival and departure. Cancellation and Change 4- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty until 30 days before the tour departure date, provided that they notify Wtatil in writing. In case of cancellation within 31 days of the trip's start date, a penalty equivalent to 50% of the remaining tour fee will be charged if the cancellation is made 15 days or less before the trip starts, the full tour fee will be charged as a penalty. In the case of cancellation, since the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the time the cancellation request is made, it is necessary to inquire about the refunds in advance. Wtatil cannot make any commitments regarding the refund of additional services. Guiding Services and Extra Tours 5- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide based on the status of the museums and historical sites visited (open/closed) and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours. 6- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are conducted as panoramic tours with narration from the guide from within the vehicle, excluding entrance to museums and historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not occur if local authorities do not allow entry or if certain roads are closed due to any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible; Wtatil is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot in areas where closed roads or vehicle entry is not permitted. 7- Our guide, based on the content of our tours, may change the days of the city tour and/or additional tours according to the number of participants, the status of the museums and historical sites, and potential changes in flight times. 8- Important considerations for tours conducted by Speed Boats include not eating heavy meals or drinking excess water immediately before boarding the boat. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, along with pregnant guests, must inform their guide of their conditions. 9- There is no refund for non-participation in the services specified in the price area for tours or meal services. About Flights 10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will apply. 11- There may be delays or changes in the flight times for scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obliged to inform of these changes as soon as possible. The guest has purchased the trip accepting the risk of flight time changes/cancellations. 12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee. 13- According to airline rules, return flights purchased as round-trip tickets will be canceled by the airline if the outbound flight is not used. 14- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in flights are personal responsibilities, and these procedures must be conducted by the guest at the airports prior to the flight at the airline counters or online via the airline companies' websites. 15- Any last-minute delays and gate changes during flights will be announced audibly at the airports and displayed on the information boards at the airport. This information must be followed personally by the guests. 16- Wtatil is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport during the times communicated according to the airline rules, who do not complete check-in and boarding processes on time, or who complete these processes but do not board the aircraft. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination area for guests who miss their flight are their responsibility. 17- The general luggage weight limit for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the luggage weight may drop to 15 kg on these domestic flights. Excess luggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil. 18- For guests wishing to upgrade their tickets using miles (to business or first class); upgrade procedures can be carried out based on the availability offered by the airline (please check with the airline you are a member of) after the tickets are issued. No guarantee of mileage for upgrade is provided for each flight. Please check whether the program tickets are classed as upgradeable. 19- Some airlines may charge extra for meal and online check-in services. Other Matters 20- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellation procedures made directly by the guest with the hotel. In this case, Wtatil's cancellation conditions will apply. 21- In cases where only category information is provided for hotels in the tour program without mentioning specific hotel names and/or they are presented as options for the same destination, the hotel will be notified by Wtatil 48 hours before the trip. 22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be utilized from more distant locations than specified locations or kilometers. In such cases, Wtatil will inform 15 days before the travel date. 23- When registering for the purchased tour; the guest must correctly input/report the name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number into the system. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. Any penalties from ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests. 24- To use mobile phones abroad, please check with your service provider before leaving Turkey to ensure that your phone is enabled for international use. 25- Check-in time for accommodation is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00. 26- Requests related to the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are conveyed to the hotel by Wtatil. Efforts are made to align the reserved rooms with the guest’s preferences according to the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in at the hotel and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil. 27- Breakfast provided at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast traditionally served in Turkish cuisine. Generally, it is served as a limited continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room designated for the group. 28- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of a twin room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be joined when needed. 29- The child and extra bed policy may vary according to each hotel’s room types. 30- Any extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request depending on hotel availability and require approval from the hotel. 31- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is a maximum of 1. 32- In triple rooms, extra bed applications exist; the bed allocated for the 3rd person will be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are generally pull-out and referred to as coach beds. Our guests declare that they accept the potential tightness and bed types that may arise due to extra beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or reservations with children. 33- In hotel reservations, if the number of children staying with adults and their ages is incorrectly stated by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge an additional fee. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification for children. 34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, a separate bed may not be available for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child is accommodated alongside two adults. Child discounts apply only to "one child" within the age group staying with two adults. 35- Daily currency exchange rates are reflected in TL prices. The rates at the time of payment will be valid. Additional requests, such as some extra services (minibar, ironing, etc.) at the hotel, will be subject to extra charge. These expenses are not included in the purchase price and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 36- Some countries may have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local level taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes currently applied will be collected from the guest by the hotel at entry or exit. 37- The distances given in the programs are based on maps. travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road construction, and conditions. 38- Wtatil may switch cities’ order in the program or the main airline to be flown without compromising the program's content in mandatory situations or when deemed necessary. 39- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identifications of individuals participating in the tour are the responsibility of the guests; Wtatil is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, the expenses related to delivering them to the country and/or person will be borne by the item owner. 40- It is obligatory for those participating in the tour to carry their travel health insurance policy and any medications and reports for health issues. 41- For potential extra expenses at check-in, a photo ID/passport issued by official authorities, and a credit card or cash deposit, may be requested by the hotel. The return of the deposit requested at check-out is an operation between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no intervention. Visa and Passport 42- No visa application is required for Turkish citizens. 43- Our guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the end date of the travel. 44- In order to have an entry/exit stamp on your passport at customs checks/border crossings, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport. 45- Being exempt from visa for entry into the countries included in this tour does not mean that you can enter/exit the country; border police have the right to refuse entry/exit, and Wtatil is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the traveler. 46- Non-Turkish citizens or those with dual citizenship who will participate in the tour using another country’s passport must consult the relevant consulates about the visa procedures applied by the destination country's authorities; otherwise, Wtatil will not be responsible for any consequences. 47- To avoid issues with the customs police at the border crossing of the visited country, it is necessary to renew passports that have been torn, worn out, wet, or damaged; otherwise, responsibility falls to the traveler. 48- Guests under 18 years old may be asked for documents showing the consent of both parents during entry/exit in case they travel alone or with only one parent; thus, it is advised that guests under 18 and their parents take precautions regarding this matter.
