ISTANBUL – ZURICH – (Lucerne Tour) – MILAN
We arrive at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Terminal 3 hours before the flight to complete baggage check-in, ticketing and passport control procedures, and then we fly to Zurich at 08:40 with Pegasus Airlines’ scheduled flight PC947. We arrive at Zurich Airport at 09:55 local time and head to Zurich city center with our private vehicle, where we organize a panoramic city tour. During our city tour of Zurich, we will see the Fraumünster Church, Grossmünster Church, Swiss National Museum, Opera House, Zurich Lake, Clock Tower, Old Guild Houses, Zurich Altstadt (Old Town), and the bustling and colorful Bahnhofstrasse (Station Street) surrounded by world-renowned shops. After the Zurich tour, we will have a short free time before moving to our hotel in the Milan region. On the way, guests wishing to do so can participate in the optional Lucerne Tour (50 Euro). In Lucerne, one of Switzerland’s most popular tourist destinations, known for its nature and festivals held throughout the year, we will have the chance to take photos of the views of Mount Pilatus and Rigi, see the Musegg Wall and Lion Monument in the old town, and visit the Chapel Bridge, which is the symbol of the city, as well as the Jesuit Church dating back to the 17th century. After the Lucerne Tour, we continue our journey towards Milan. Upon arrival at our hotel, we will check into our rooms and have free time to rest.
MILAN – (Como and Outlet Tour)
After breakfast, we head to the city center for our city tour of Milan. As one of Europe’s fashion capitals, Milan is also renowned for its cuisine, opera, and churches. While recognized as the business and financial capital of Italy, Milan is also the right address for shopping and dining experiences. During our city tour, we will see the famous opera house La Scala, Duomo Square and Cathedral, and Porta Romana among the main sights. After the Milan city tour, there will be free time, during which guests wishing to do so can join the optional Como and Outlet Tour (75 Euro). Our first stop on the Como tour, which is home to the luxury lifestyle and natural beauty appealing to Hollywood celebrities and European wealthy individuals, is the famous Lake Como, where we will enjoy breathtaking views accompanied by the night lights. After our Como Tour and the free time provided, we reach the Milano Outlet shopping center, where we can find world-renowned brands at discounted prices, along with various cafes, restaurants, and personal activity areas. We will enjoy the experience of shopping at affordable prices and high quality during the free time. At the end of the tour, we return to our hotel in the Milan region.
MILAN – BERNINA EXPRESS & RED TRAIN – ST. MORITZ – HEIDI'S VILLAGES – ALSACE / BASEL
After breakfast and check-out procedures from the hotel, we head to Tirano train station for the unforgettable and dreamlike train journey with Bernina Express & Red Train. Built between 1898 and 1904, the world-renowned Bernina Train, which is now listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, will take us on a fairy-tale journey where we will have the chance to witness extraordinary landscapes and take photos. After approximately 2 hours of enjoyable train travel, we reach St. Moritz. Our destination, the nature wonder of Switzerland and the haunt of jet-setters, is where the charming character Heidi, who brought smiles to our childhood memories with her grandfather and best friend Peter, originated. After our sightseeing and a short free time in St. Moritz, we head towards our hotel in the Alsace/Basel region. Enjoying panoramic views of the endless mountains and lush meadows that remind us of Heidi’s Villages, we arrive at our hotel in the Alsace/Basel region. Upon arrival, we will check into our rooms and have free time to rest.
ALSACE / BASEL – FREIBURG – (Colmar Tour) – (Strasbourg & Obernai Tour)
After breakfast, we proceed to Freiburg. Since 2010, only vehicles with low carbon levels have been allowed, and transportation is predominantly provided by tram and bicycle in the happy city of Freiburg, where we will conduct our city tour and witness the influences of German, French, Austrian, Spanish, and Swiss history and architectural culture throughout the city's history. Known as the capital of the Black Forest (Schwarzwald), during our city tour in Freiburg, we will visit the Freiburg Cathedral, charming streets with tiny water canals unique to Freiburg, Martin's Gate, and Rathausplatz among the sites to see. After our city tour in Freiburg, guests wishing to do so can join the optional Strasbourg & Obernai Tour (75 Euro). Our first visit will be to Obernai, known as one of the most visited towns in the region after Strasbourg. In Obernai, we will be greeted by cute structures resembling cookies as we tour the town, where we will see the famous square Place de Marche, the statue of St. Odile, the patron saint of the Alsace region, and the symbolic fountain, along with the square most resembling cookies, Place de l’Etoile. After our tour in Obernai, we will head to Strasbourg. Located at the borders of Germany, Switzerland, and France, Strasbourg welcomes us like something out of a fairy tale, strikingly beautiful like a painting. Since being listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1988, Strasbourg has been home to the European Parliament since 1992, and during our city tour as we walk through its car-free center and streets, we will see the picturesque Alsace Houses, the renowned Petite France, Gutenberg Square and Statue, and the Notre Dame Cathedral, which is the most important building in the heart of the city, as well as the Kammerzell House, the oldest house in the city, which continues to operate as a hotel and restaurant. After the city tour of Strasbourg, guests wishing to join the optional Colmar Tour (50 Euro) can do so during the free time. In this tour, we will transfer to the fairytale land of Colmar, where we will see the Old Customs Building, the Pfister House, and the most famous area of the city, Petite Venise (Little Venice), surrounded by the Rhine River and its canals. In this perfect setting, you will find many delicious food options according to your taste and many souvenirs to take home. After our free time in Colmar, we complete our tour and return to our hotel in the Alsace/Basel region.
ALSACE / BASEL – ZURICH – ISTANBUL
After breakfast and check-out procedures from the hotel, we head to Zurich Airport for our return flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival at the airport, we will complete the baggage check-in, ticket, and passport control procedures and then fly to Istanbul with Pegasus Airlines’ scheduled flight PC950 at 14:50. We will arrive at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 20:40 Turkish time, and thus, our tour concludes.
