NOTES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION The flights mentioned in the program have been booked with the relevant airline and cruise company. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the schedules. Therefore, our agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to any schedule changes. The operating agency reserves the right to change the flight route or schedule if deemed necessary. For example, they can change a scheduled flight route from Nice to Marseille for a ship departing from Marseille, or vice versa. Guests joining the program from outside Istanbul are responsible for purchasing their domestic flight tickets, which are not the responsibility of the sales or operating agencies. The necessary documents for visa applications will be provided within 48 hours. You must request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 2 days before your application. Guests are responsible for their own belongings during transfers between airports and ports as well as for round trips. No agency personnel, guide, or driver has the right to take luggage on deposit, nor can they be held responsible for it. During the cruise, two of the dinners you will have are official dinners, and every male guest wishing to dine here must have at least one suit, and women must have at least one evening dress. THE CRUISE COMPANY AND CAPTAIN RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE ROUTES AND TIMES AT PORTS BEFORE OR DURING THE TOUR. During the cruise, the restaurants and tables where our group will dine are generally pre-assigned by the cruise company, and in some companies, it may be in an open seating arrangement. On ships with pre-assigned tables, guests will sit at their designated tables from the first dinner to the last dinner, but guests also have the right to eat at other restaurants on the ship, depending on the arrangements made by the ship's authorized personnel. During check-in on the ship, every passenger (for couples, only one person) is required to present a credit card or deposit cash at the ship's reception when receiving their cabin keys. As a result of this presentation, an average of €300 will be pre-authorized on each credit card. This is because you will use this card for expenses incurred on board after checking in. You will be able to make your onboard purchases (for drinks, non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverages) with magnetic cards provided to you by the ship's reception. Cash is not accepted anywhere on board except for the casino. You can see your expenses on the televisions in your rooms. At the beginning of our cruise, you will receive colored luggage tags for all your bags along with your cruise tickets. You will need to attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port. Your luggage may not reach your cabins until late on the first departure day. This is due to the density and crowd, and it is a situation that is definitely under the ship's responsibility. Therefore, it is advisable to pack your essential items in a small carry-on bag to take with you. It is imperative to adhere to the cruise departure times. Guests must board the ship no later than 60 minutes before the ship's departure time at the ports. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation. At the end of our cruise, you will need to leave your luggage in front of your cabin with the tags attached a night before by 00:00. After the disembarkation process, our group will pick up the luggage at the designated station. WE KINDLY REQUEST EACH GUEST TO TOUCH AND CHECK THEIR OWN LUGGAGE WHEN COLLECTING IT. You cannot exit the country with passports that are more than 10 years old, regardless of their expiration. Your passport must have at least 6 months of validity from the end date of the tour. Your passport must not be torn or damaged. For each program, the relevant visa procedures are the responsibility of the sales agency and the passenger. You can find out which visa is required for the tour from the program details. ALL GUESTS MUST KEEP THEIR ROUND-TRIP FLIGHT TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. We recommend that our guests activate international usage on their mobile phones. On ships, generally, Euros or USD are used depending on the region of navigation. On the first day of the cruise, you can deposit cash and credit cards at the onboard machines to your room account. For all programs, a minimum participation of 20 people (10 cabins) is required. The operating agency reserves the right to cancel the tour 1 month in advance if the majority is not reached. The guest may be offered an alternative program. Cancellation conditions are announced separately for each program in the content of that program. Guests who physically assault or insult the ship's staff during the tour may be disembarked by the ship's captain. In such a case, no refund will be made to the passenger.
