IZMIR – ROME – (Rome Night Tour)
After completing your ticket, baggage check, and passport procedures at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport International Terminal 3 hours before the flight, we fly to Rome on SunExpress Airlines' direct and scheduled flight XQ868, departing at 16:40. We arrive at Rome Fiumicino Airport at 17:10 local time and transfer to our hotel with a private vehicle waiting for us at the airport. Upon taking our rooms and having some free time to rest, we offer optional participation in the extra scheduled Rome Night Tour (35 Euros). In Rome, famous for its vibrant streets and lively city life at any hour of the day, we will discover the city under the glimmering evening lights. After the free time provided, we complete our tour and return to the hotel.
ROME – (Rome Icons & Nemi Strawberry Village Tour) – (Vatican and Local Neighborhoods of Rome Tour)
After breakfast, we provide a full day of free time. Those who wish can join the optional Rome Icons & Nemi Strawberry Village Tour (85 Euros). Our first stop will be Nemi. Known for its mountain strawberries and dubbed the "Strawberry Village," Nemi hosts a strawberry festival every year. After wandering through its narrow streets that open up to squares, blended with the scent of strawberries and the enchanting views of the lake and valley, we move on to the “city at the center of the world,” known as Urbs aput mundi; a city that presents art, history, music, shopping, sun, and food with buildings from ancient times to the Renaissance. Rome attracts thousands of tourists each season with the masterpieces crafted by competing architects, all while maintaining its beauty and aesthetics without overwhelming the crowds. During our tour, we will witness the Colosseum, the ancient theater that became a symbol of the city and hosted gladiatorial contests during the Roman Empire; the Roman Forum, the ceremonial center during imperial times; the Trevi Fountain, where tossing a coin is believed to ensure one's return to Rome; the famous Spanish Steps filled with street artists; and Piazza Pietra and Piazza Popolo, among other panoramic sights. After the tour, we provide free time in the city center at the Pantheon. This free time also allows those interested to join the optional Vatican and Local Neighborhoods of Rome Tour (65 Euros). Our tour begins by visiting Castel Sant'Angelo – the Castle of Angels and Piazza Navona. We will then visit Vatican City / St. Peter's, the smallest country in the world by area and the center of the Catholic denomination of Christianity. We will spend some free time at St. Peter's Square (Piazza San Pietro), where thousands of Catholics gather for worship and where the Pope greets crowds during special occasions; it features the world's largest cathedral, St. Peter’s Basilica, adorned with the statues of 140 saints. After this free time, we commence our tour of the Local Neighborhoods of Rome. Feeling like a resident of the city as we blend in with the locals, this tour will take us through Trastevere, Piazza Trilussa, Ponte Sisto, and the Jewish Ghetto neighborhood, showcasing charming cafes, small family restaurants, boutiques, greengrocers, butchers, and more, allowing us to experience the true essence of Italy. After a walking tour through its narrow, labyrinthine back streets, we conclude our tour and return to our hotel in the Rome area.
ROME – NAPLES – (Lunch Included Pompeii Tour or Lunch Included Amalfi Pearl Sorrento Tour) – ROME
After breakfast, we head to Naples. For those interested, the optional Lunch Included Pompeii Tour (80 Euros) can be joined. Pompeii, located at the foot of Mount Vesuvius, which erupted in A.D. 79 and destroyed the city, was fully uncovered by archaeologists after long excavations beginning in 1748. After our Pompeii tour and lunch at a local restaurant, we complete our tour. Alternatively, those wishing can opt for the Lunch Included Amalfi Pearl Sorrento Tour (80 Euros). Sorrento, famous for its small tourist boutiques and breathtaking coastal views, known for its Italian character, charm, and the well-known lemon liqueur called Limoncello, offers a city tour and surroundings followed by free time. After lunch at a local restaurant, we finish our tour. Following our arrival in Naples, we will conduct a panoramic city tour where we will see Castel Nuovo, the Royal Palace of Naples, Galleria Umberto, Teatro di San Carlo, Via Toledo, Piazza del Plebiscito, Basilica Reale Pontificia San Francesco da Paola. After the city tour and provided free time, we return to our hotel in the Rome area and offer some leisure time to relax.
ROME – (Siena Tour) – PISA – FLORENCE
After breakfast and checking out, we move towards Florence. Along the way, those interested can join the optional Siena Tour (50 Euros). Siena is famous for its medieval narrow streets, quaint alleys, and the Campo Square, regarded as the largest square in Europe. We will have a delightful tour in Siena at Campo Square and the narrow, historic streets leading to it before continuing our journey to Florence. Upon arrival in Florence, we organize a city tour. As the capital of the Renaissance and the hometown of Pinocchio, in Florence, we will first see the Santa Maria Del Fiore Cathedral, featuring an orange dome that is hard to miss and is the 4th largest church in Europe. One of the most striking features of the cathedral is the bronze door known as the 'Gates of Paradise,' which narrates stories of prophets mentioned in the Quran. Next, we will observe Giotto’s Bell Tower, which was once used to summon the public to parliament, the Piazza della Signoria, historically the political and social center of Florence, which also houses Michelangelo’s famous David statue, and the Ponte Vecchio, known for its antique and jewelry shops. After our Florence city tour, we head to Pisa. Upon arriving in Pisa, we will visit the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Cathedral, the Baptistery, and Miracoli Square. Following a brief free time for photo opportunities, we will transfer to our hotel in the Florence area, check in, and have some leisure time to rest.
FLORENCE – (Cinque Terre Tour by Train) – (Portofino Tour) – MILAN
After breakfast and checking out from the hotel, we drive to Milan. Those interested can join the optional Cinque Terre Tour by train (75 Euros). Our visit will take us to Cinque Terre, a series of villages connected by paths along the western coast of Italy, noted for its colorful homes and local specialties. Recognized for its culture and historical features, Cinque Terre is on UNESCO's World Heritage List and is also preserved as a national park. After enjoying free time in Cinque Terre, we continue our journey towards Milan. On the way, those interested can also join the optional Portofino Tour (65 Euros). Depending on the weather and road conditions, we will arrive at Portofino via transport or boat. Portofino, known for its colorful houses, narrow streets, green hills, and the turquoise of the Mediterranean, offers breathtaking views that inspire songs. After our visit to Portofino, we proceed to Milan. Upon arriving in Milan, we check into our hotel and have free time to relax.
MILAN – (Como Tour) – MILAN – (Verona Tour) – VENICE
After breakfast and checking out, we move to conduct our Milan city tour. Those interested can participate in the optional Como Tour (50 Euros). Upon arrival in Como, we will visit Lake Como, which hosts properties of Hollywood stars and European elites. We will take photographs by the stunning views of the lake. After this tour, we continue our journey to the city center of Milan. As one of Europe’s fashion capitals, Milan is known for its cuisine, opera, and churches. Recognized as Italy’s business and financial capital, Milan is also an excellent venue for shopping and dining experiences. During our city tour, we will see the famous opera house La Scala, Duomo Square and Cathedral, and Porta Romana as the main sights. After completing the tour, we will have free time for shopping and exploring the surrounding area before heading towards the Venice area hotel. En route, those interested can join the optional Verona Tour (50 Euros). Verona, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, hosts Italy’s second-largest amphitheater after the Colosseum and is known for being the location of the famous love story "Romeo and Juliet," penned by William Shakespeare. After a panoramic tour of the main square Via Mazzini (the main square) and Piazza delle Erbe, surrounded by numerous shops, cafes, and boutiques, we will see Verona Cathedral and finish the tour as we continue our journey to Venice. Upon arrival at our hotel in Venice, we check into our rooms and have free time to relax.
VENICE – (Venice Masterpieces and Outlet Tour) – FLORENCE
After breakfast and checking out, we set off for Florence. Those interested can join the optional Venice Masterpieces and Outlet Tour (90 Euros – Vaporetto and city entry fees included). During our tour in Venice, we will visit key iconic sites such as San Marco Square, the Basilica of San Marco, the Doge's Palace, the Clock Tower, the Bridge of Sighs, and the historic Campanile Bell Tower. Following this, we will enjoy a pleasant walk through the streets of Venice, connected by bridges and lined with narrow canals. The Venice Masterpieces Tour will also include enjoyable and affordable shopping time at the Outlet Design Center, one of the most famous shopping centers in Italy, featuring numerous brand stores, restaurants, and activity areas. After the tour, we continue our journey to Florence. Upon arriving at our hotel in Florence, we will check into our rooms and have free time to rest.
FLORENCE – PARCO DA VINCI LOCAL MARKET SHOPPING TOUR – ROME – IZMIR
After breakfast and checking out, we head to Rome Fiumicino Airport for our return flight to Izmir. Upon arrival in Rome, we will organize a shopping program at Parco Da Vinci Local Market, where we can find and purchase special flavors, sauces, pasta, and cheese varieties that characterize Italian cuisine at affordable prices. After the enjoyable and cost-effective shopping time, we will resume our journey to Rome Fiumicino Airport. When we arrive at the airport, after completing our baggage check-in, checking in, and passport control procedures, we will fly to Izmir on SunExpress Airlines' flight XQ869, departing at 18:10. We will arrive at Adnan Menderes Airport at 22:30 Turkish time, concluding our tour.
