NOTES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION The flights specified in the program have been arranged with the relevant airline and cruise company. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the flight times. Therefore, our agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to any change in the schedule. The operational agency reserves the right to change flight routes or flight times if deemed necessary. For example, a flight route announced as Nice for a ship departing from Marseille can be changed to Marseille, or vice versa. Guests participating in the program from outside Istanbul are responsible for their own domestic flight tickets, which are not under the responsibility of the sales agency or operational agency. The necessary documents for visa applications are provided within 48 hours. You must request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 2 days prior to your application. Guests are responsible for their own belongings during transfer between airports and ports and for the round-trip transfers between the airport and the port. No agency official, guide, or driver is authorized to accept luggage for storage and cannot be held responsible. During the cruise, two of your evening meals will be official dinners, and every male passenger wishing to dine must have at least one suit with them, while females must have at least one evening dress. THE CRUISE COMPANY AND THE CAPTAIN RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE ROUTE AND SCHEDULES AT PORTS BEFORE OR DURING THE TOUR. During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will dine are generally pre-determined and numbered according to names, depending on the cruise company. On some cruise ships, it may also be in an open seating format. On ships with pre-assigned tables, everyone will sit at the same predetermined tables from the first evening meal to the last evening meal, while guests who wish may also dine at other restaurants on the ship, subject to arrangements made by the ship's authorized personnel. At check-in on the ship, each passenger (only one person for couples) must present a credit card or deposit cash to the ship's reception while obtaining their cabin keys. As a result of this presentation, an average pre-authorization of 300 euros will be charged to each credit card. This is to cover your expenses made onboard after checking in. You can make your onboard purchases (for drinks, soft drinks, or alcoholic beverages) using magnetic cards that will be provided to you at the ship's reception. No cash is accepted anywhere on board except for the casino. You can check your onboard expenses using the televisions in your cabins. At the beginning of our cruise, specific colored luggage tags will be delivered to you with your cruise ticket for all our group's luggage. It is necessary to attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port. Your luggage may not arrive in your cabins until late on the first day of departure due to congestion and crowding, which is certainly the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to pack essential items in a small bag to take with you on the first day of boarding the ship. It is absolutely necessary to adhere to the ship's departure times. Entry to the ship must be completed at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. Our agency will not be held responsible for such a situation. At the end of our cruise, you need to collect your luggage by attaching the previously provided tags to your cabins the night before, and leaving them in front of your cabin doors by midnight. After our disembarkation procedures, the group will collect their luggage from the station where our luggage is located. WE KINDLY REQUEST THAT EACH GUEST COLLECTS THEIR LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT. You cannot travel abroad with passports that are more than 10 years old, even if they are still valid. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the end date of the tour. Your passport must be intact and not torn or damaged. The relevant visa procedures for each program are the responsibility of the sales agency and the passenger. You can find out what kind of visa is required for the respective tour from the program of that tour. ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE THEIR DEPARTURE AND RETURN FLIGHT TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. We recommend that our guests activate their mobile phones for international use. On ships, generally, either Euro or USD are used as currencies depending on the region they cruise. On the first day of the cruise, you can deposit cash and credit card deposits into your cabin account from the machines on the ship. The minimum participation for all programs is 20 people (10 cabins). The operational agency reserves the right to cancel the tour one month in advance if the majority is not achieved. An alternative program may be offered to the guest. Cancellation conditions are separately communicated in the content of each specific program. Passengers who physically assault or insult ship staff during the tour can be disembarked from the ship by the captain. In such cases, no refund will be made to the passenger.
